I ordered 3 chicken with yellow rice I don’t know it’s called as shawarma they need to tell me r u speaking about chicken shawarma instead he asked me spicy chicken or chicken tikka. I thought he is speaking about chicken shawarma and I said spicy chicken when I came to the restaurant One lady was on the counter when I paid the amount I seen the box and I was surprised and asked madam I’m not mean to this order I was expecting the order which I gave. After all asked for what can I do with this I don’t like it then she started speaking rudly like it’s ur fault u need to tell properly and all.Bad customer service

I came to kabob-ish with my family last weekend and it was a nightmare. I have a tree nut allergy and we asked the guy who took our order TWICE if there were nuts in the butter chicken. We were told no nuts both times. I took two bites of my meal and within minutes my throat started swelling and I started feeling sick. I asked the guy to triple check because I didn’t feel good. He went back to ask the chef and turns out there were cashews in the meal, he “hadn’t thought about the gravy” at first. Luckily I received proper care within the hour and did not need to be taken to the hospital. We were extremely disappointed at how this situation was handled. The guy did not appear to feel bad at all. We were not even refunded for my meal or anyone else’s at my table. My family was not asked how I was doing as I was receiving care outside. The guy even asked us not to tell his manager what had occurred. PLEASE TAKE ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY AND EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON WHAT IS IN YOUR FOOD. This has been the most disappointing restaurant experience of my life.

Food is just okay, nothing exceptional. The rice was not flavorful, but it was a good texture. The spicy chicken koobideh was not spicy. The salad didn't taste amazing, and they forgot to give us the dressing. The sprite had a weird aftertaste. There was a lot of parking outside and the restaurant was not crowded.
