Please hire pleasant customer service not rude service. Tried to order two sides with tenders, was told comes with one. Asked add for 4 potatoes and gravey, one mashed potatoesOnly and 1 French fries, and 4 coleslaw. Got no receipt, broken .order came out to car missing 6 sides. Got out of car disabled and they refused to sell 6 sides, then someone else said give it to him , but when baged, still short one Coleslaw charge him 4 dollars for 0ne small Coleslaw, I said I came in to buy all of this to feed my family .thanks for all your service gave last lady a tip.

I ordered 12 pcs chicken family meal- the original recipe. The chicken was all dark brown and dry so I was wondering if they used the crispy recipe by a mistake. No it's because the frying oil was used too many times so the filthy oil affected the chicken color. I received the same bad chicken 3 years ago so I haven't returned to KFC since then. 3 days ago I ordered again and received the very good original recipe chicken. It was so good so yesterday I ordered again but ended up throwing them out just like 3 years ago. Never return again. 50% chance to receive the good chicken 50% chance to receive all burnt and dry dark brown chicken. Waste of money
