Their customer service is terrible. I hope not all locations are like the Sandy Springs location off of Rosewell Rd. I would not eat their if it was the last place to eat on earth. Customer service takes you a long way and bad customer service won’t get your company far.

Order was wrong. garlicky pizza was plain. Pizza was made on naan bread. Save your self a trip and go to Little Caesars.

I ordered from the Sugar Hill location through Uber eats and I must say for a 1st time experience I should have went to the store directly. I ordered a turkey and swiss hoagie but it wasnt really a hoagie. I am from Jersey so I was expecting a sandwich heavy on the meat! It probably had about 2 slices of meat on it! However, it was very tasty! So it has potential. Maybe if I would have gone in person, I could have watched them make it and coached them through the process. The meat pizza was very tasty as well and I ate all the crust which I never do down here,so that's a plus!Another issue was that I ordered a bag of zapps salt and vinegar chips which i did not receive. When I called the store the lady said with an attitude that she gave the Uber driver everything. Then I called the Uber driver and he disagreed and he called the store directly and of course the manager wasn't available ?. So I didn't get my chips to go with my "hoagie " which was another disappointment. So all in all if you want your hoagie made properly, you may want to go in the store and don't order delivery. I'm going to give it another try and hopefully, I can give a 5 star review next time!

Redemption Day... Next day visit I came back today-- I have the Freebies added... It was great! To the representative- thank you for replying and advising your menu. Yes... Today was a good day!??? Wanted try them out... The "hoagie" was BORING for $12. No peppers, no olives- just mayo, meat, cheese, & oh tomato. W/ a bag of chips & soda. Will be back to try the pizza- maybe even the hot dog... Today 2 stars. For the "hoagie"???Good customer though

Food is really good but the shop was just sort of sad. No one was in there. Would have sat outside but the umbrellas weren’t up on a hot day. No music inside and sort of dark. They need to liven things up to match their food quality!

The place needs to be livened up and more inviting. Didn’t feel the food had a “WOW” factor or was better tasting or value than any other food establishments in the area, such as Publix deli, Panera, etc..

Subs are pretty good, but not blown away by the service.

I just left Knuckies and this was my first experience. I ordered a pizza on the inside of the store and was checked out by server Jovan S.(name on ticket). My experience was horrible. I understood I had to wait on the pizza so that’s not the issue. The cook, which the server said was new, got the pizza out the oven and sprinkled Parmesan cheese on my pizza with his bare hands. He did not have on gloves at all or a mask. The server or cook did not apologize for this inconvenience. I asked for a refund immediately. I hate I had this experience because I saw other people enjoyed it. It was really unsanitary and the customer service was poor. The cook stated he understood why I wanted a refund but the server said he was a new employee (insinuating I should excuse his behavior of not wearing gloves).

Very good hoagie. Can't wait to try their pizza.

We got the Margherita pizza, it was drenched in tomato sauce and the crust was as stiff as cardboard. Now I normally don't write reviews especially not bad ones and the main reason I decided to write this was because while we were at knuckies I also decided to get the antipasti salad. I'll spare everyone details but I have been sick all day long since eating that salad and I don't think I will be returning to knuckies.

I ordered from here for the first time through DoorDash. It was a create your own pizza, but the way it came, it was missing two toppings and it tasted really bland. The toppings, the cheese and the sauce didn’t taste fresh or flavorful. It was edible, and it’s a good thing I like the bottom of my pizza burnt but if you don’t like it burnt, then be careful. I’m not sure if this was because it was ordered online but usually a good Resturant doesn’t have such a huge discrepancy in taste no matter how you order it. So I gave one star because I like the burnt crust but everything else, it just didn’t taste good.

The pizza tasted like Kroger pizza and only one size . We got the Italian sandwich with hair in it. French dip sandwich with the worst roast beef I ever had. Arby’s would have been better. $37 for a 14 inch pizza and 2 sandwiches. I am surprised they have 4 locations. Being in restaurant business for 30 years this should be in kitchen nightmares. Don’t let the pictures fool you

Got takeout for lunch today. We ordered the Wicked Chick as we were intrigued by pimento cheese on a pizza. It was really good and the crust was perfect. Will be ordering again.
