A little disappointed in my experience at the bakery. I came in person the other day because I specifically wanted to speak with someone about making a custom cake order, and I didn’t want to make any errors online, and also had some questions. The young lady that was there seemed completely clueless. First, when I asked her if they could make a custom cake for me, she simply said “yes” and said there was a book to choose from “over there” and pointed across the bakery and then just stood there. It was awkward. So, I went and looked through it for a second and then had more questions for her about options and sizes, etc. she basically didn’t know the answers to anything. Anyway, I ended up leaving and driving up the street to Publix, where I was helped immediately and was able to make my order. This wasn’t the first time I had issues at this Kroger location, either with not enough staffing behind these counters, or certain foods being out of stock, or the quality lacking in freshness and taste. For example, the rotisserie chicken at this location is terrible. It’s tiny compared to anywhere else I’ve gotten them, and always either too dry, or too greasy.

Whoever was running the store tonight was extremely rude. Produce was not placed accordingly with their matching prices, I grabbed two different items just to make sure I got the right one since they were both placed with a sale price. Neither one was the right one, when I was checking out and asked about it, this person was extremely rude, made me walk to the product saying she wasn't going to give me the product for price I was inquiring about, super condescending. Not once did I ask for a price match I was just trying to grab the right one. Note to higher management: make sure your employees that are "in charge" have some customer service skills, even if it's the bare minimum, not ones who take their anger out on you.

They have a lot of flamin hot items, but none of the Fritos we were looking for. They even have the Zapp's jalapeño here. Assorted small bags of flamin hot flavored snacks too.

This is for the Pharmacy only. I went up to drop off window and 5 employees see me but NONE say a word or acknowledge me. I stand there a while longer but nobody says a thing so I leave. I know pharmacies have low paid interns or students but still. To just ignore people when none of the five are on the phone and there is no other customer in sight is really really BAD.

I would not order anything from Kroger delivery. They lied and said my order was delivered to my neighbor I went to my neighbor and it was not there then they said it was delivered to the security shack and we don't have security on our property. It took a very long time to get my refund they supposedly gave me a credit which they did the first time but when I did not see the funds I called again and they were supposed to give me a second credit which they lied and did not give me a credit for my inconvenience. They are horrible they give you the runaround if I were you I would not order from Kroger. Their online people are unethical the company is unethical they don't correct any of their mistakes and they lie. I would not trust them.

Watching this Kroger go downhill has been very sad. It used to be the best in this area, but the pandemic must have hit it very hard. This store STILL has not recovered from inventory issues and out of stocks are extremely common here. You can't shop here without the store being out of several items on your list. I know it's not an across the board problem because the Suwanee location is much better stocked.I've also seen them close all the staffed checkout lines as early as 8pm. Much of the time, half the self-checkouts are also closed and they won't open more no matter how long the line gets. Staff also frequently block aisles with gigantic carts shopping for people who will do parking lot pickup, or workers stocking shelves. It's better if you go later, but also the later you go, the more likely they are to be out of stock on even more items. It's sadly gotten to the point where this location is as bad as the PIB store in Duluth. It used to be leaps and bounds better. I don't know what happened. Even the carts have gotten really old, and you are almost guaranteed to get one with at least one messed up wheel. New manager needed at this location.

I really love working for this company and at this store my first three months was exciting and then I was presented with Employee of the Month appreciation Award nice fruit basket. I've learned so much from my managers Will Jones, Fred Bray, Elaine Howtineck, El Haji Diallo, and mostly my colleagues at Click list from Lisa, Camille, Vanessa!!!

This is a great Kroger that I sometimes frequent as it is right in the middle of Duluth & Suwanee. Located right on Sugarloaf Parkway, it's in a great location. Though it's not my "home" Kroger, I do sometimes visit this location on the way home if I'm on Sugarloaf. They have a gas station as well as a Starbucks, so it's the full Kroger experience and it's not as packed as the Kroger on Steve Reynolds so you'll definitely not be packed with a lot of people. It's your typical Kroger -- it has everything you need and it's well stocked. My most recent visit was to pump gas and get some coffee and I was able to be in & out in a snap!

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting today. The store is usually well stocked though and great customer service.

I got $20 cash back from the register and told them I need to break it. They told me that they couldn't break it because they don't have quarters to break $20. I said I just need to break $6-8 dollars. They said no, we can't. I said ok, can you get someone at customer service, so I can buy some lottery tickets. No, we don't have anyone that works at customer service. What?!? Lol where is the lazy manager. That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. how does a grocery store not have customer service... Seriously...

I absolutely love this particular Kroger location! It has so much to offer and I love the layout of the store. Just in case you were not aware, Kroger locations have different layouts and some have similar. Great variety in products and whatever may be lacking in stock, the staff were willing to assist and patient. Clean and organized. I would have given 4 stars due to lack of some of the products I came for, but due to the recent snow storm and ongoing pandemic, that should not be factored in due to it being out of their control. I would recommend this location and it is conveniently located near plenty of stores, shopping centers, mall, hotel, etc. Located in a nice neighborhood where you would feel safe to shop.

Starbucks in the entrance has oat milk mixed coffee make your own "Poor Pete" for a quick, "fast food" lunch: hormel vegetarian chili $1.97/can 3 rolls for $1 or 1 soft pretzel for $1, but I think you are better off with the rolls as the soft pretzels only appear to be pretzels; yet taste like salted wonder bread that has aged a big. pro tip: go to the "latin food section" and get a can of Herdez salsa as a dipping sauce! and only for a mere $.89 in an easy-to-use pull tab can!!! man, how I luv the pull tab cans. "l.u.v. spells love." let's see, you have: salsa verde (green chili), salsa casera (picante), or salsa ranchero (smokey); each for only $.89! Wow!!!!! I could find all of the varieties of Herdez in any so-cal supermarket, but not here in GA; hard to find all 3. grab a banana, or an apple, or a bag o'salad with some sort of vinaigrette in it if you wish, then jet pro-tip Publix generally has better pricing on hummus, but nothing beats a Costco tub of hummus--nothing! also peruse the snack section for "health" chips, you know what I am talking about, that are frequently on sale and/or on clearance pricing. just remember that lunch is only 30 min and you need to get back to those important documents and stuff pronto, so don't dawdle. I said--jet!
