Tried the tantanmen and tonkotsu. Both were subpar. No depth of flavor to the broth. Very one note for both. The noodles were also a letdown. They were undercooked somehow and had no chew at all.

Located in Sweet Octopus in Duluth. The ramen is outstanding. The location is great, lots of parking and right on the town green.
The Ramen was good but not Great. The sushi donuts where excellent though. I would go here again
