Had biscuits and gravy. Biscuits were far far over cooked and dry. Gravy was good but far too spicy even for me who likes spicy. Biscuits are their signature item. Got to be able to nail that!!

I hate that I have to write this review but the experience I had was pretty unfortunate. Atmosphere is nice, staff were great but my meal- I’d suggest Waffle House. It might have been a one time thing or maybe things were overlooked because it was busy. But I ordered the potatoes oRyan bowl and it was very lackluster. It was not seasoned at all, the peppers and onions were undercooked and my eggs were well done when I ordered over medium. I’m the kind of person that rarely adds salt to food, almost never, because I’m usually not bothered, but this? Even the salt couldn’t help. I’m embarrassed for how bland the entire dish was ? and I hate writing this but for the price you really are better off getting the all star.

We went around a busy time and we were told the food may take around 40 min, since the system was down. After an hour and seeing people who ordered after us get their food I went up to the counter to find our order was not even on the line. Food was good and came out quickly after I mentioned our order, but we would probably not go back after this experience.Edit: The company reached out to us and listened to our concerns. We were pleased to see our feedback taken to heart and that they strive for good customer experience.

Been wanting to try these biscuits, so had to start with the Five and Dime of course. It was delicious, but I realized all the calories are from eating fried chicken, bacon, sausage, and gravy in the same meal. Haha! Well if it's for breakfast it's okay, I say. I loved it. Also love the self service, unlimited coffee and bus your own plates, nice and efficient.Okay place to stay and study too, though the music is a tad loud.

This place has really gone down hill. The quality of the food and service is not what it used to be.As my family and I were sitting down eating and employees came and started spraying our table with cleaning products right next to our food. I’m sorry but I don’t want bleach in my food. Then another employee decided to roll a big trash can through the whole restaurant and stop near a table to empty it out. You can do all the cleaning after people are out of your restaurant. I know it’s not the employees faults but management needs to do way better. Will not be coming back until these issues are fixed.It’s good when you have high demand and lots of people inside your establishment however it’s really bad when you can’t keep up and have people waiting for over an hour for their food only to get the order wrong and having them wait again.The bathrooms and really dirty and never have either toilet paper or paper towels. The bathroom doors are really sticky too.As for food I got the hash bowl and my potatoes were barely cooked. My husband got the wrong order but at least my little one enjoyed her little grace meal.

I dined in on Tuesday, April 2nd with my daughters as we were celebrating my middle daughter’s birthday. My youngest daughter really enjoyed the Bluegrass Grits Bowl and side of bacon. My middle daughter and I really enjoyed the 4-piece Chicken Strips Basket. We decided to order take out today, Wednesday, April 3rd and had an entirely different experience. I waited over 40 minutes for my order and the chicken strips were burnt. The chips were half done. One of the ladies working there apologized for the inconvenience and also gave me a $20 gift card although she told me they burnt the chicken strips. She stated they were preparing fresh ones which was not the truth. They were too busy duplicating an order for a family of 5 and I believe forgot about my order. The family had received their order previously but was allowed to take the second order home for free. I paid full price for our order, received a $20 gift card, and burnt food that we could not eat. I do not believe in providing this type of review without making a suggestion-communication is key. Communication could have prevented the duplication if someone would have spoken up. Not sure when or if I I would dine in again.Update: 04/13 - Heidi- Operations Mgr. reached out to me and apologized for my experience and over compensated to make it right. My husband and I dined in on yesterday and everything was perfect. I appreciate the quick response and the kindness.
This was amazing food great employees and it’s just a nice environment, prices are very reasonable and the owner is such sweet lady couldn’t have had a better experience!!
