Cool little spot, clean and friendly staff. Had ube soft serve and maiko special, was delicious and not sugar down like other places. Definitely

We got 2 Maiko specials and tried all the ice creams (vanilla, matcha, sakura, and ube) and the UBE was our absolute fave. The cashier was super sweet and patient for our first visit. Also got the takoyaki. Too many bonito flakes, but still was really good!Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome
I have been to Marie than one location in two different states and have to say the taste is consistent and superb. My personal favourite is the Ube ice cream and match latte. The soft serve is a must try and you will not be disappointed. This location also has wooden branch seating like in Japanese style so definitely a fun way to experience this authentic flavours. Great place to bring your family, friends, for a date and a meet up or a hang out.
I've visited a few times and each time I've felt disappointed. The staff is a bit rude and dismissive of customers. Never understood why work in customer service if you're gonna behave like that. The seating area is decent and clean, it's a bit on the smaller side though. Each time I've gone here I've gotten the Matcha soft serve and it has been disappointing overall. The portions are inconsistent and at times small for the amount of money you are paying for it. There are times I've gotten a good size portion and times where it's significantly less than before. I've had to ask the staff a few times to please add more soft serve since the portion was so small. The taste is decent, but I've definitely had better.I doubt I will come back, unless the above mentioned issues are addressed.

The matcha ice cream is really good. And the vibe is a younger, hip sort of place.

Very good ice cream, but the staff is not friendly at all and very unwelcoming (I’ve visited 3 times and had the same experience) that I will not be coming back again ✌?

Lovely place to be with friends. It has nice staff. I usually get the soft serve, and it is often given to me in an instant. Other items such as takoyaki and the red bean filling are delicious as well.
Great cafe to sit in, hang out and have ube ice cream, matcha and other ? desserts. They have savory options too! Will definitely try them next time!Dietary restrictions: They have a dairy free matcha ice cream ? ?
Matcha tastes like normal green tea and artificial flavored, (your mouth feels wired after eating)it’s very different from the Miako I tried in San Francisco. So disappointed ☹️

Super cute dessert spot. Ample free parking. I wanted to try something different. Cute interiors and some seating. I was able to sample flavors. The matcha definitely is an acquired taste - strong, bitter flavor which I know it's known for. I tried the ube flavor and loved it. I ended up getting a soft served ube cone - about $6. The cone was delicious too - tasted homemade - not a store brought cone. They had other options too. I'd definitely recommend!

Food? Stellar. Service? Cheerful. Vibes? Immaculate. I ordered a matcha frappe and a red bean mochi to satisfy my sweet tooth, but it satisfied so much more. I never in my life have been so transformed by my food, but after eating the red bean mochi, I am forever a changed person. I have transcended this reality to a plane of eternal bliss, and this mochi has touched the very fabric of my soul. All now seems dull in comparison to the red bean mochi. I live the rest of my life now chasing that high from red bean bliss. Thank you.
Best matcha in town.
