I’m a usual Moe’s customer and I almost always go on Mondays to get the $6 burrito special that only applies on Mondays. When I came to this Moe’s expecting to get just a $6 burrito the employee at the register put it at full price regardless after I mentioned the deal and wouldn’t budge on making $6 even after I downloaded the app and everything. To make matters worse she added a drink to my order without me knowing and brought up my final total to $12. Basically double what I was expecting to pay even after I cooperated with downloading the Moe’s app and making the account. Don’t go here unless you want them to pull a fast one on you. Extremely unprofessional.

I come here often because it’s the only Moes in my area and I do like their food. I’m more of a snacker and can never finish a meal except when I get my bowl from this location. It’s always so empty and the two ladies that are always working are just so rude and dismissive. I def won’t be back. I say it every time but I mean it now

Everything was terrible I wish I had something nice to say service was terrible 2 lady almost 2 hours before closing both extremely rude one was on the phone and was not leaving the register at all had to wait for a few minutes for someone from the back to come and take my order (I was the only person in the restaurant) I did not get any type of welcome got to the point where the Hispanic lady said I don’t speak English and I said I speak Spanish and she looked up shocked I went to pay and had my app out to scan I let the cashier know I was going to scan and she said “you people always want food for free” I asked her to speak up and she said “oh I didn’t know you can hear me the food was terrible meat was burnt when I went to eat my bowl there was hair in it I called the restaurant and didn’t get a answer I called in the morning and was told there was NOTHING they could do about it if I could give Zero stars I would

Sandra and Karina, names I know not because they asked me to give them a good review, actually they barely gave in to my pressure to give a review at all but because I felt so bad for coming in with my ridiculous husband who doesn’t think going in five minutes before closing is rude ? and instead of complaining or making us feel like entitled Chad’s and Karen’s they did a really good job and the food was good too. Pay them more- they totally deserve it- not all these low reviews with dumb complaints. Thanks guys and sorry again

this moe’s probably has the best salsa verde i have ever had!!! i always do mobile orders and they always have it out immediately. i have never had to wait for it it’s crazy! restaurant is super clean and all of the staff are so nice. best moes ever!!! they are running that joint like it’s the navy ?️

Not only is it inconveniently located on pleasant hill road but I was not able to use their restrooms so unfortunately I could not comfortably order food there since I had to badly use the restroom first so I decided to have lunch elsewhere that has working restrooms. Maybe I’ll give this location another chance next time but this was very inconvienient.

My app order was made wrong. I noticed when I opened it later that evening to eat. I reached the restaurant on 3rd try. Spoke with the manager about the issue and he said he will take care of it and provide refund. No refund and no call back.....Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option made incorrectly. Beware!!

Would not make burrito with steak and chicken together. What??? Chipolte will get my business. Her boss said no. That is why they are cutting hrs...shrinking menu. Customer service is king in restaurant business

Gone are the days of “Welcome to Moe’s” as we were not greeted or thanked for our visit. In fact, these ladies were ready to walk out the door by the way that had things stocked on the bar. Mind you it was right over an hour before closing time. Usually, when I order a bowl, it is so full that I can eat it for two or more days. My husband thought we got a veggie bowl based on the amount of meat added. So raise your prices, lower the amount of food you get and drop the greeting. Way to go Moe’s. WAY.TO.GO ?

Tiny little portions. I got a burrito bowl and there was barely anything in it. Moe's used to give a nice sized portion, but this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks they have been stingy. Won't be back to this one.

There were 3 lady Hispanic one called Virginia tiana and this old lady look like they were Columbia a threatened a other employee of transportation and I was waiting to be attended I left due to this problem those 3 lady’s bullied the other Hispanic lady they need to get fired
