Attempted to order through DoorDash. The order was left unconfirmed and I couldn't reach them by phone. The first time I reached out to DD customer service, the representative said that they spoke to someone and the order was started. My husband went to get the order, and the door was locked and no one would come to the door - he said it looked almost like it was shut down. After an hour of trying to figure it out, we ended up having to get a refund and went somewhere else.

Raw chicken meat from my door dash order. Also the meat smelled rotten and the food tasted like old chicken. I would caution going here. I tried calling the restaurant, but no answer.

Just to have your order taken, takes at least 30 minutes. Crazy part was they weren’t even busy. We paid $100 for 2 apps and 4 meals. Ridiculously overpriced and to make matters worse, we all got sick afterwards. Don’t do it

Then on top of that New Pho Saigon’s ingredients such as the meat that goes into the pho soup noodle was sour that shows the ingredients are spoiled. Will never buy from this restaurant again! I’m Asian if that means anything.

Had the vegetarian spring rolls, bún riêu, and vegetarian bún bò Huế. The service was super fast, broth was ?? and everything came in really solid to-go containers.

I ordered a xl rare steak with meatballs pho. The portion was enough for 2, or more people and it was very tasty. The waiter was very friendly and they had a large menu.
