I used the buy one get one free coupon and the cashier made me feel embarrassed. She didn't talk to me except " What do you want?". I think she is the manager and she was so unfriendly and terrible customer service.Please do not mail coupons out to the neighbor.

I ordered the big plate ask for noodles and a double order of Beijing beef when I received my order after getting back to the workplace when I opened it there was rice very skimpy on the portions for the money this Panda Express used to be great but it's been going downhill for the last couple of years getting very skimpy than if you noticed even the styrofoam plates are actually smaller than they used to be so they're double dipping cutting down on portions

I haven’t been here since the renovation and dropped in. Food was decent - the spring rolls and chow mein were good; the orange chicken left a lot to be desired, but they did make it fresh for me.Service was excellent, and that’s the reason for the 4 stars. Food was overpriced, but most things are these days!

This location is always out of staple items, even during non peak times. And if it is available I typically run into the issue of having old/cold food. Overall, I'd just pass on this location.

Get rid of the girl Carmela in drive thru. She is rude and losing your business money. I’ll gladly go to Lawrenceville-Suwanee where they get your order right without the nasty attitude. It makes no sense. If she doesn’t like her job FIND ANOTHER.

Manager Leslie was attending a personal phone call while taking my order . She did it wrong two times and then get mad at me and sent another employee to take my order. I wanna order the shrimp but I noticed I fly landed on it so of course I changed my Mind and ordered something different however when I got home I checked the receipt and they charged extra for the shrimp. It's pitiful cause I used to go to this place very often now I have to check different places to eat

Persnickety Fox-Rabbit (PouchBunny)

20 minutes waiting in line because your crew wants to prioritize drive through and to go orders, meanwhile the inside line wraps around so much it almost reaches the drink station.Still a one star until they can reliably have more than one person working the front during the lunch rush.
