We ordered from this Pizza Hut for our workplace 3 hours (8:30) before this location closed. For several people this was going to be dinner. The pizza never showed up by like 11:30 and we called the store for them to tell us the driver was through DoorDash and they didn’t have their contact info. The pizza then said it was dropped off but we never found it. Horrible and unprofessional customer service.

This pizza hut is pretty cool as far as the fact that the pizza is normally good, and anytime I've ever encountered a problem there, they were quick to resolve it with no real pushback. I've also encountered several nice employees here.
Jets pizza taste better and they don't charge you for pepper and cheese

It was 11:30 and the website says they close at 12:00, so i ordered a pizza on-line, nothing fancy, just a pepperoni pizza and some cheese sticks, and was to walk over to pick it up once it was ready. once i placed the order it said it would be ready in 14 minutes. when there were 4 minutes left i walked over to pick up the pizza. i get to the door and its locked. 3 employees are visible inside at the front counter just looking at me like i was stupid or speaking a foreign language. eventually one of them come to the door and i tell him that i had an online order. he said "oh yeah, we cancelled that. we tried calling you to let you know... " NO, you did not. i had zero missed calls when i got back to my phone to check. this is not acceptable pizza hut. thank goodness for dominos! that's all i've got to say. you just lost what was once a very loyal customer.

Pizza was a half hour late, delivered by DoorDash, arrived warm/cool and was very light on toppings even when "Extra" was paid for. Going back to Dominos and Papa Johns.

Pizza Hut, Buford Highway location is exceptionally good!!! I’ve never had a bad experience!! Food is always hot and delicious!!!
