I do not live around here so it was my first time here, i have had Poké quite often, never in my life have I been served an entire scoop of cilantro stems before. The inside of this place looks very dingy, low lighted and doesn’t seem like the cleanest environment. They could really do well with an entire renovation of the store. The proteins look almost inedible, they do not look fresh …at. All. Especially the spicy tuna, holy crap did that look disgusting..The man that welcomed me when I walked in (assuming he’s the owner or manager) was very pushy and rushed me while also not even listening to me as I speak, I also was the only person in line so there was no reason to rush me so hard. I over heard him talking to the guy that worked there and quite literally ripped food he was currently putting together for a Togo order right from out of his hands and put it on the table behind him by the trash can. I feel so bad for that young kid that works there and if the owner or manager doesn’t start treating him better I’m sure he’s going to be working there alone. The guy asked me if I wanted the free miso soup , I obliged and as he made it he dropped the lid in the trash and stuck his hand in the trash as if he was going to pick it up, and then proceeded to put his hand that was all in the trash all over EVERY OTHER lid and put the lid on the soup.When you think of Poke’ you think of light, cold food, the rice was so hot it pretty much cooked my protein in the bowl. It was just god awful. I would never go back And I went and got lunch somewhere else.

The guy that served me was so sweet! The food was really good and he gave me a serving of some soup liquid they had and it was SO good and felt so warm and soothing when I drank it. Excellent for the price as well I got a huge bowl for only 14$!

My friend and I enjoyed 2 delicious medium bowls before a soccer match and it helped us get the win! Lol at least I like to think so because the owner had such a good spirit and assured us all his ingredients were fresh. I believe this chain should add more stores around
It was our first time eating here and we loved it. The only guy working there was the most sweetest person and went into details to help us decide on what to eat. I got the salmon and shrimp poke bowl and it was delicious and very filling.Highly recommend this place. :)

The food was SO bad that I had to leave a review for the first time in my life -- in fact, I’ve avoided leaving a bad review because I don’t want to negatively affect someone’s business. I swear I have a fairly low standard when it comes to food, but this poke I got was just unacceptable. Ordered a medium sized poke (3 scoops of protein) but what I got was 80% unbelievably soggy rice and very few bland toppings. Although I was starving I had to throw it away after eating only a few scoops. It was THAT bad -- it was actually my first time not enjoying a poke in my life lol. Even worse, they didn’t even get my order right. I won’t trust the ratings too much. Of course, since I got delivery, I’m only speaking for the food quality, not the service and atmosphere.

Closing time listed, went in 30 minutes before closing. Everything was being cleaned up and put away. The employee working tried to explain to me how closing times work. That's not how closing works there, guy. Employees closing before advertised closing time is not a great business practice, and gaslighting a customer is just on another level. Not to mention, I got in my car and watched the same employee pull a receipt and start making an order that obviously just came in online. So much for that "closing time".

Portion is very generous but the tuna and salmon are not fresh. Tastes fishy. Not sure if they use the ultra low fridge on the killing the virus of the sushi grade food.
My second time here was greeted by a Korean man, he literally gave me the best customer service experience. He recommended me sauce combos, patiently explained me how everything worked, and he gave a me card that was buy 10 bowls get one free!! And he stamped 2 purchases in there because I told him it was my second time, even though he’s never seen me before. I tipped him the normal 15% and he was like “omg you didn’t have to, that’s so much!” And gave me a free bottle of green tea. I love this man. Will be returning

Small business ran by the sweetest older gentleman. There is a wide variety in food, especially the proteins which were only complimented further by the delicious sides and the house sauce. I would absolutely recommend coming for the food, but staying for the hospitality.
This place has really great quality poke compared to other places nearby. Mr. Lim is very kind and super helpful, and he offers free miso soup! I would HIGHLY recommend their salmon, along with their spicy mayo and house sauce! The portions are great as well so the price you pay is definitely worth it, compared to other places that will charge you the price for a large bowl, but give you portions of a small one. In summary, 5/5 stars! A really great place with an amazing owner and friendly workers!

My husband and I stopped by tonight. The food was delicious and plentiful. Got to try some items I had not had before like the kale noodles. The miso soup was wonderful with a great salty umami flavor . Lim was a pleasure and very attentive, great service. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.
