Just visited this Popeyes on 4/13/24 and waiting 15 mins for spicy, white chicken and this is what I received. Looked and smelled like it was cooked in old fish grease and smelled burned.

Wish I could give a zero. This is the second time I have cam to the specific location and service was horrible and food presentation is horrible. The employees don’t care especially the short light skin cashier with the long red braids. Since they don’t have names on their tickets

I ordered a shrimp box, they literally tried to give me crumbs. The drive thru cashier said, we'll only popcorn shrimp come with it. Now there's no way in the world yall charging 9.00 for 8 popcorn shrimp. If so somebody call the Federal Trade Commission or somebody cause yall false advertising cause the menu said a 1/4 pound. Now I'm not the best at math but there should be more than 8 popcorn shrimp in a 1/4 pound. So the manager, black gentleman, told the cashier at the drive-thru to tell me to pull up like he was going to handle my order and bring it out to the car. How about 10 minutes went back then 20 minutes went by, no one brought my food out to me. So I went in, the manager looked at me, didn't say anything. He was really excited about some freaking skittles an employee brought him for the store though. If it wasn't for the cashier at the counter with the pink braids, who really was considerate and professional. She apologized for their incompetence, put my food together, and told me to have a great day. The manager, though, his service was unprofessional.

Food was good. Online ordering was not great once in store. For some reason they couldn't figure out the order by using the order number. The girl and guy were really short tempered and frustrated. They kept telling me I was at the wrong location, even though I had the order and address on the phone. It took over ten minutes to figure it out.

Drive thru was about 9 cars deep at 10pm. Waited 30 minutes to pick up an uber eats order and they said they "didn't have it." I heard them say this to a door dash driver in front of me, too. At least have the decency to stop accepting orders or at least put a sign in front of the store. Trash service at this place. Have gotten bad service at this spot when getting take out myself.
