I visited this Popeyes on my lunch break order me and my GM some food. Got back to my job chicken was not all the way cooked hard on the outside still lot of flour under the skin. So me and my GM did not eat the food it was terrible. So I immediately called the location no one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. The following day I returned to the same location I told the gentleman my situation he became very defensive in other words I am lying about how my chicken was cooked because he was the cooked that day. Meanwhile the lady that took my order remembered me very friendly. The young lady with the tattoos in her face and arms asked me why I didn’t bring the chicken back withMe from yesterday. I just prayed. The manager gentleman continues to tell me he cooked that chicken will only replace one order. No customer service whatsoever. You want get my business.

The drive through lady was so nice and totally on point! We waited for hot strawberry biscuits. They came out hot and heart-shaped! They were literally one of the best things I've ever eaten!!! Oh yeah, and the chicken was great. I'll be back!

I was at Duluth location I requested 12 pieces of wings the employee on register seemed very drowsy did not get my order correctly was refusing to make my order as I requested manager came to get my order while handing me my order he gave me a horrible look very bad service never go to this location two black guys that work over there has attitude problem

Not sure of what’s going on with this location but their service and food quality has gone down. The food is always over-cooked, they don’t know the difference between white meat and dark meat, the customer service is a whole other story. They are ruining the Popeyes Brand.

There were no cars in the drive through when I pulled in. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich at drive through and was told it’ll be 5 minutes. When I paid I was told to to wait in a parking spot. There was another 2 cars waiting for their orders. 15 minutes later I went in and they said they’re waiting on filets to cook. Seriously? Still 15 minutes after I had ordered they were waiting? The woman next to me at the counter had been waiting for her order for awhile and when he finally handed it to her she asked if it was all white chicken, and he just walked away and said have a nice day. He didn’t even bother to answer her. I get that it’s just fast food and not life and death but at least they should be nice. Another 5 minutes later I finally just asked for a refund and he walked away and threw the receipt on the table when he came back. Terrible attitude. Theres lots of other places to eat, my advice is to avoid this one.
The inside is quite, maybe because I got there at early dinner. The waited not too long. The only thing disappointing is they need to use cleaner oil or grease.

I honestly thought I was being pranked. Went through the drive thru early this afternoon and the guy taking our order was clearly over it before we pulled up. Talking over me, rushing me through and everything else. And my order was quick and simple so definitely not needed. It was comical. And of course my order was wrong when I got home and checked it.
