They were very speedy getting the order out to me. I had come later at night near 10pm and they served me with a smile. I had ordered the cream cheese oolong milk tea and was pleasantly surprised by it. Refreshing drink with some nice ambiance in the decor choice. I imagine this is a good spot for the younger crowd. I'd recommend you come here for the drinks and stay for the environment.Parking: Free public parking out front. Large parking lot so you're bound to find a spot

They only have one person working. We came in and placed our order. People kept trickling in after us, and she kept taking more and more orders, and not making any of the drinks. Took forever for us to get our Boba. She should have fulfilled some orders before taking more orders.

This is a chill place. I like the flavor combos. They have some interesting combinations I haven’t seen before. The cheese cream earl grey tea is delish! Definitely try it out, it’s quiet and cozy! I’ve been here and the service has been great both times.

Staff was friendly and happy to answer my questions about different menu items, as well as give recommendations. I ordered a honey passion kumquat green tea, and it was quite tasty - sweet but with a noticeable citrus taste. I would gladly come back.

Please keep in mind I came here 12/2/23 around 1PM-2PM. There was a girl with red hair and bangs working today. I came in with my friends and we ordered just normal drinks. When my last friend left the restroom and stood at the register to order, the employee just sat at her table on her phone ignoring us. Finally she saw us, made a disgusted face, and then sighed extremely loudly while she was walking up to the register. Every drink we ordered that had cheese foam, barely had any foam. The foam only covered the very top. One of the Oolong Tea based drinks looked like WATER, ICE CUBES, and foam on top. There was not even the slightest brown color in that drink when we got it that resembled Oolong Tea. We did not even stir or shake it yet and it looked like clear water and foam. I order the same 2 drinks every time I come here and when anyone else works it is perfectly fine but this ONE EMPLOYEE with red hair and bangs messes up our drinks and gives us a bad attitude every time. I give a tip every single time and am always nice and patient so I do not understand why this girl is so rude.

I came here after a meal at iluvhotpot. I got the peach, orange, and strawberry oolong tea with Chia seeds. The flavor was pretty great! I would have to say though inside wasn't what I expected. There was a high smell of fried oil, and it's probably from cooking the food but they probably need to ventilate it a little bit more but otherwise, indoors there's seating but it's dark. There were students inside along with other patrons. It was nice though! The drinks were good and I enjoyed it.

We got the honey kumquat passion tea and peach orange strawberry oolong tea, both with chia seeds as toppings. I'm glad there are different flavors of fruit flavors here compared with all the other boba shops in the area. I enjoyed both of them. The only downside here is that you can't get the drinks with 0% sugar or ice.

Hubby & I frequently drove by this shop, but never got to try them out. Well, this past Saturday, for once we decided to make a stop! We're really excited for a good bubble tea! But, unfortunately the experience was so awful, it is our 1st time & LAST TIME EVER that we'd be wasting money on this bubble tea shop. If you want a bubble tea, made with sugary filled flavoring, gunk & syrups, low quality teas & terrible quality toppings, maybe this place wouldn't bother you much; but if you're looking for high quality tea drinks drinks, decent customer service, this is *absolutely not* the place to go. The menu was nothing spectacular, just typical of a bubble tea shop. Our high hopes for a good bubble tea just sunk. So we asked the (barista) lady serving us) what is the top 10 best seller since this is our very 1st time there, we need her take on what's good. Well there seem to be no good choices that jumped out. We zoomed in on 2 to 3 possible options, after she pointed out 5 & asked if drink here are made with fresh real fruit ingredients or sugared syrup. She said there's almost none with fresh fruits, all syrup & powder flavoring. We were disappointed to hear, "even the one with the dragon fruit"? She replied & said its Yes--dried dragonfruit bits & pieces that go in that drink. So I ended up ordering a honey kumquat bubble tea & my hubby ordered a YingYang coffee & milk tea. We were her only customer at the time of the visit, a Saturday at 2pm. It's a 1 man operating shop, my gut tells me it's bad news to be there ( no noise in the kitchen, you can hear a pin drop) . STILL, we always want to support small mom & pop businesses & here's our chance! But Boy, when the 2 drinks were ready, at 1st look, We were already disappointed! Cuz the cups were barely 75% full! I inquire with the lady who made the drinks: hey, did something go wrong, because it looked like someone had already took a few gulps-- may I ask, where did the rest of the drink went! She informed us since we ordered with "no ice", that's why the drink content can not be full to the top. They leave several inches of space to accomodate ice. I told her Well, I prefer no ice, its a teeth sesitivity issue, but that doesn't mean I should get only 75% of a cup of a drink that I'm paying in FULL price for, it was not a discounted drink! Customers Obviously don't get what they pay for. The cups are small enough already & when they short you of the liquid content, in addition-- it became a mini size drink 6 oz. at full price. This tea shop is stingy & skimp on customers. Beware! & If you buy for your co-workers or family or friends, it would look like you took several gulps from each drink before delivery. No body likes that. Our drinks are down 3 inches from the top. We Paid $16, it's pure rip off ! Asked if she could fill it up at least a little bit, cuz it doesn't look good, we were not warned that this is what they do & she declined; said she "has no power to do anything". Quality of the food /drink purchased: I rate mine a 2 star. There was no kumquat citrus taste to it whatsoever. The drink is but just brown sugar syrup, & barely any taste of tea nor honey in it. My hubby rate his a 1 star. Worst coffee tea drink he ever had. Low quality coffee & he asked for no sugar, She added sugar even though sticker even clearly says zero sugar. Beware: At this place,You're basically buying sugared flavored syrup mixed with low quality tea , coffee. Ambiance: I would rate a 3. It's warmly lit with accent lighting & zodiac signs on tables, a collection of small bubble tea plush squishmallows to the left of the register. Service: Terrible way to treat customers. 1st & LAST time, with this business. Save your money, go else where We should've asked for a refund. It's unacceptable way to do business, taking advantage of customers. To the owner, we're huge fan of bubble teas

This place has a strange but interesting vibe. They had a platform 9 3/4 sign but no other Harry Potter decor. They had astrology signs everywhere and then just led lights hung up and moody lighting ... Interesting vibe lol The tea itself was mid. The egg pudding in my taro milk tea is firmer than a block of extra firm tofu and has a weird after taste that lingers. The tea itself tastes just like heavy cream with taro powder added. Very sweet and dense The yuanguang milk tea was good in flavor! A strong coffee flavor but ended up $8.5 for a 16 oz cup with boba which seemed pricey to me. The boba were not good. I don't know what they did to it but they all stuck together as one big cold boba blob. We spent ~$30 for 4 drinks, 2 large/2 small Our group had 4 drinks and they only have one person to take orders and make it so took quite a while and they didn't tell us they were ready, we just happened to look up and see the drinks. So weird! My dad had the Oreo milk tea and didn't think it tasted like Oreo at all, just like a plain milk tea. My mom got the creme brulee but didn't say anything about hers and just drank it so I guess she enjoyed it ha Overall, it wasn't great but I probably wouldn't go back with how many other options are in the area.
