I’ve been this place many times,food was really good , but the service always the problem, I understand they short of workers , that’s why I never say a bad things about them, always tip good. Until last time me and my friends family go there , I don’t even notice until I saw the receipt today, never thought they well charge me double on the tips, I know they had rules for party of 5 or 6 and more , will be charged 20%of gratuities. But never being told some service charge, that’s not something I’m aware of or someone tell me about. That’s not nice thing to do , I’m good customers always tip right, but this time , really bad experience. Just let everyone know that check the bill before you pay!

Meat quality was fresh amazing and good. However the service was terrible. Our server, a lady whose name I didn’t catch was rude, passive aggressive and dismissive. She waved us away when we ordered sides, and would often neglect to bring stuff we ordered. Also told us they stop serving alcohol after 12am.Food was worth it, but the service just makes me not want to come back.

I ordered 2 marinated ribs for 2 people. I ate the jumulleok first and it was too sweet, but I forced myself to eat it. And the moment I ate the grilled seasoned ribs, it was too sweet to eat, so it was a waste of money, but I ended up not eating all of the two servings. The service was friendly and clean.

Banchan was decent and for the price, it was okay for 24/7.THE SERVICE WAS A BIT SHADY, there was one waiter and 2 service members. To the business - if you’re going to lurk at the customer please just speak up at that point, paying 40 dollars pre tax without THE added gratitude, customers should be able to eat in peace without being judged. Most KOREAN restaurants do this as tactic, but with that being said you tend to get water and food at timely at those other places which those who aren’t 24/7.Vibe was eh, there was really nothing going on just some tv in the background. Bathrooms were cleanWould only recommend if you’re really wanting kbbq at the very late night, beside that would just wait it out till the next day for others to open, will be same3.5/10

To the amount of Korean places I frequent I am sad to report this place didn't meet my expectations I ordered the bulgogi bibimbap, there was just a little bit of the bulgogi compared to the rest of the food on the entire plate. Definitely missed the mark in terms of flavor as well My husband ordered the beef noodle bowl, again the flavor was really mild. We brought home leftovers and had to add more seasoning in order to make it an enjoyable meal to eat. The service was good though, but not my favorite Korean spot.

I come here often, and today just came around 12am, they were not busy, but they just focused on BBQ? we ordered in 5mins after came, waited over 20mins to get water ( I asked for it), then we still waited like 40mins, and they said the food were coming but nothing. The attitude was really worst. They didn't say sorry, didn't take care us, they focus on BbQ for tips, Ik, but we also pay for our food, and every time we come, we always add tip. Okay one more, a trash was in my soup in the last visit, they didn't say anything with me, and okay I think I don't make it serious bc we come here often, that's just a small mistake during cooking, but no, they're terrible right now. I will report to Health Department, your attitude makes my action.
