This is a place I always order from, but today the service was very unpleasant. I placed an order for pick-up at 6:00 with a to-go order today, and the store said it would be available until 6:45, so I asked to cancel it because I thought it would be too late. It was around 5 o'clock at that time. However, the person taking the order said it would be a shame to lose a customer and asked them to order it because they would make sure it was done by 6:30. Thank you for saying that, so I just ordered it. However, since the pickup is at 6:20, I have to wait another 40 minutes. No, then wouldn’t this have happened if you had accepted it when I canceled in the first place? You've wasted the customer's time and money. Now... if it doesn't work out, shouldn't you have called me again and told me you're sorry but it won't work? Since I'm going to pick up, what are you going to do if I tell you that I can pick up at 7 o'clock? I'm so disappointed and annoyed by today's service.

I was really looking forward to trying this place but I was left really disappointed. I called to place an order and wanted a shrimp tempura roll which is cooked shrimp but their version includes raw crab. When I asked the person on the phone if they crab was raw, they said yes and i asked if they could leave it out. She proceeded to sigh and say Oh my god, are you serious? I told her I’m pregnant, is there a problem and then she was like ohhhh okayyyy, no problem then. I then told her to cancel the order. It felt really judge mental whether I’m pregnant or not, it’s not okay to treat a customer the way I was treated. Either state in your website/menu no modifications if that’s the case or make raw sushi only. She didn’t have to express her annoyance, she simply could have said no modifications and I could have chosen something else.

Had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The waitress was very welcoming and willing to customize my order even outside of the menu. Portions were very generous, and even unexpectedly received a free roll. Fish was as tasty and fresh as could be!
