The tea was awesome, the crepe was OK (it had a scoop of ice cream which is a surprise to me). Our server was not in a good mood that day, but it can happen to the best of us. We really like the tea set and the drinks.

I went so many times because I like the food but service I got every time so bad… people work are so rude and don’t know how to talk and behave with customers… bad experience every time… The lady at the front is always on her phone.

The interior space isn't particularly noteworthy and at times, there is a language barrier between patrons and staff. But I absolutely love the menu here. The desserts are incredible. The bread they use for their signature toasts, a brioche or challah, well it just melts in your mouth. The teas are bright, clean and refreshing. Really enjoyed our visit and experience. Would definitely return.

Very unfriendly took a while before she came and ask what we wanted and all she did was be on her phone. All the time we were there she was on her phone. Never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything else. Seemed like she didn’t want to do her job or even be there.

The inside is big but nothing special. The boba was okay, but the crepe was the star of the show. It was really good! Definitely shareable and had a really nice texture and lots of flavor.

One of our favorite spots for snow and toast! You seat yourself but the staff will come and take care of you the rest of your visit. Cute space with plenty of seating for any size group. I love the huge toast sundaes with the sweet warm toasted "babies" hiding under the ice cream. Yum!

Very good food, the service was just the opposite, her attitude was rude, she was desperate for us to order because she wanted to respond to the text messages she received, we asked her something about her food and she didn't even look at us, she just shook her head. If you want to have a good time, don't go there, they will make you feel like you have to leave now.

Super busy place that sells Asian desserts and bubble tea! Love that they have a good variety here. Great concept but ratio is really off. We ordered the matcha toast. There's more bread then anything. And the bread/toast was super stale, dry, old, crumbly, just plain bread. Nothing fancy. 2 scoops of matcha ice cream that had very faint of matcha flavor topped with ritz crackers, stale marshmallows, red bean and condensed milk and other little toppings. Love the idea but lack of flavor.

This place is just amazing. Don't let that this is a tea house fool you into thinking they only have tea. Now, don't get me wrong, if you want excellent hot loose leaf tea served in the neatest tea pot with matching tea cups they got you. But, the real gem here is large honey toast creations. It's sweet toast topped with about three scoops of various ice cream flavors topped with an assortment of other items to match the theme of choice. Get ready to share as this treat is meant to eaten by 2 or more. Though, they have a single Texas toast size piece toast if you're unwilling to tackle this monstrously large and great sweet. This place can get really loud very quickly so be prepared to deal with some pretty loud talking from numerous people always in this cafe. Also, the chairs are not the most comfortable but they're good enough.

Overall Rating: 5/10| Food:Good tasting deserts that are not too sweet. Even when not fresh from the oven (some may have fortunate timing and have the bread fresh), the desert is still good and fun to share with others.Food Quality: 2/2Portion Size: 2/2| Service:Had to call over a server because they either forgot about us or the old lady server, who yelled at us midway to seating ourselves to sit at a table in the back instead of the one closest to us, didn't tell the others about us. For context, this is a desert shop when there were only two tables available and nothing to indicate we were not supposed to seat ourselves.Service Quality: 0/3Appreciation Bonus: 0/1| Ambiance:Decent atmosphere that was probably ruined by the prior mentioned server.Cleanliness: 1/2Atmosphere: 0/1

the service was extremely fast. my only complaint is the lady at the front desk was quite rude. she was yelling “which one is your order” as if she didn’t appreciate her customers. the inside is pretty plain but the desserts make up for it! definitely come with a friend or
