Too slow to take orders and do not ask for name while taking the order( as in other Starbucks). Super confused at pick on whose coffees are coming out. Could do better.

Don't do it. I went to this one for the first time in a while. The young lady working there was rude af. She from the hood. I'm from the Bronx so I know hood rat. I don't have to come back to this one. I'll take my 12 dollars and go to a different one where the staff knows how to greet and talk to paying customers.

The barista was nice and friendly towards the customers before me, but I didn't like how both the customers and the barista were talking loudly and being negative about people working in deliveries. They acted like they were in high school, and it was disgusting. When it was my turn to order, her attitude completely changed. Suddenly, the vibe felt completely hostile and negative. I don't know if she's hostile towards all Japanese people, but it's not okay.

Monica is so friendly and Made my dragon drink so amazing i had to come back and got another one. She is so helpful and kind love this location. She's an asset.

A truly worthless Starbucks, if you can even call this place that name. The employees always seem clueless, sometimes even rude. They're always "out" of stuff but I'm sure they're lying and just don't want to make the more difficult drinks as there is NO OTHER STARBUCKS with these supply issues. One time they told me they couldn't serve any coffee drinks at all. What? Why even be open?? Rude, d*** customer service, and always out of everything. They also do not greet you when you walk up to the counter as if they've themselves have never been to a food establishment and seen what service is. Just close it down please.
