Haven't been in almost a year. Had a classic, the cold cut combo. Less protein than I remember and I had to ask to add more of the toppings I wanted as the guy literally put just 5~6 pieces of spinach leaves on a foot long... Other toppings like black olives and pickles needed a 2nd request. Sandwich was good and will try the location again... Maybe just a unfortunate day at the shop...?

I used a coupon today, and the old black lady at the counter charged me a small drink because I used a coupon.She always refused to give me a receipt, and today I asked for the receipt again, and the new trainee re-printed me a receipt and found out the old black lady charged me a drink.BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY AND ALWAY CHECK THE RECEIPT. THE OLD BLACK LADY IS A SCAMMER.

This location is not operating well.. NO GREET , RESPECT TO CUSTOMER OR THEIR ORDER.1--Every month there is new trainee, looks like no one wants to stay here longer. No one knows how to make a good sandwich.2-- If customer requests to put more stuff, it ignites their ego and messed up the order. They put very little stuff in sandwich, like they are paying from their own pocket. I am vegetarian and wanted more veggies in the sandwich but their face were telling they didn't like it.3-- If someone requests additional stuff, they become so impatient, and say " what else ?" With the tone of rudeness.I am not first time buyer, Had so many bad experiences. Now I am writing review if someone take an action or helpful to someone.MANAGER -- Train your employees to treat customers well, how to make great sandwiches and give your 110% at every order...Will visit in couple months to see if this improves..until then I will avoid this location..

This is a solid subway location. My son and I stopped by here after getting a haircut nearby and were happy we did. The location was clean, we were greeted with a friendly, "welcome to subway!" And the service and food quality were excellent. The servers were friendly and they made our sandwiches with precision and care and my son and I both enjoyed our sandwiches in a friendly environment.Parking was easy and the plaza itself is well kept and location was good.5 solid stars and a thank you to staff for being here!

Placed an order online and the quality is bad. The lady at the front counter was rude 8/30. I don’t know I why put an automatic tip on the order when service and food was poor. Missing parts of my salami and look how thick cut the ham was.

I was driving back from North Carolina and got hungry. My son and I stopped at this subway to get some food. It was about 7:40ish when we stopped. We walked in and was never greeted with a hello or hey how are you. I proceeded to order my son and I food. The young lady who made our sandwiches was sweet but seemed new. There was another girl who rang up my food. She was very disrespectful. I was speaking to my sister on FaceTime because she wanted to make sure I was ok doing the rest of my drive. I told her that I couldn’t wait until I got back on my side of town. The lady at the register finished ringing up my food and yelled “IS THAT IT?” I asked for my receipt and she slammed the receipt in my hand. I asked her if there was an issue. She then said “you were talking about me in front of my face by saying you couldn’t wait until you got back to your side.”I was taken away that she even said this out of her mouth to a CUSTOMER. I asked her for her manager’s name and she said she was the manager. I was baffled that A MANAGER spoke to a customer in this manner. I will never return to this location. Extremely rude!! I will be reporting this to corporate office.
