Subway in Duluth

“I’ve been to many Subway stores over the years, and this is the only location that has ever made me write a review! The staff is sweet and accommodating! The food is fresh, and the location is immaculate!!! This location is definitely a great choice for lunch!“

“My coworker recommended this Subway to me today and to be honest I was weary due the reviews however I had a very pleasant experience! Enough to write a review. The owners were nice and we had a pleasant conversation about how they were the oldest subway in gwinnett county and have been there for 30 years! I will be stopping by regularly now since I work nearby. :) Food was good too!“

“We were traveling thru Duluth, GA at lunch time and found this store thru google maps. The staff were very friendly. The food was freash and tasty. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. Any time you want a good lunch or salad I would recommend this “

“This is by far my favorite Subway restaurant! The people working here are always friendly, and know what I'm going to have!! I go to this location about one or two times per month and they remember exactly what I want on my sandwich. Their customer service is great and the cleanliness of the restaurant is excellent AND their subs are VERY good :)“

“I come here once in a while for my lunch break and I never had a problem until today. I gave the employee $100 bill to pay and she said she doesn’t have change. Then later she gave me change with a bunch of $5 bills and I’m ok with that. I just didn’t like the fact she had to shake her head and make me feel embarrassed. I have worked as customer service for about 9 years and I have never shook my head when customers gave me $100 bill even tho I didn’t have a lot of change because it happened when we opened the store.“

“This is a solid subway location. My son and I stopped by here after getting a haircut nearby and were happy we did. The location was clean, we were greeted with a friendly, "welcome to subway!" And the service and food quality were excellent. The servers were friendly and they made our sandwiches with precision and care and my son and I both enjoyed our sandwiches in a friendly environment.Parking was easy and the plaza itself is well kept and location was good.5 solid stars and a thank you to staff for being here!“

“I believe I've eaten from this Subway at least once before. The service is not as spot-on as the Jimmy Carter (Norcross) Walmart, but they still do a good job and are very friendly. I went in yesterday to grab some sandwiches for my fiancé and I after shopping at the Duluth Walmart. My love ended up getting his usual chicken bacon ranch, which I like and sometimes get too, but I opted for the steak and cheese instead. It's not an authentic Philly cheesesteak, but it gets the job done as a decent sandwich. I'm still disappointed corporate took down the Big Hot Pastrami Melt, but I'm guessing it's just another consequence of the pandemic menu cuts all over at different restaurants. Our food was good - we got both sandwiches toasted with provolone and lots of veggies of course. The counter area looked pretty clean. I can't say that for every Subway. I'm glad they also honored my coupon for the BOGO foot-long deal that we get in the newspaper circulars. Overall, it was a good experience and worth coming back to again.“
