Reservation was honored upon arrival, however service was extremely slow. Food was undercooked and took way too long. We waited well over 20 minutes for drinks after being sat, more like 30 for bar drinks. Appetizers were mediocre at best and delivered well after an hour after being sat. Food was undercooked on several plates at the table and items such as salary were never brought.

Food was amazing, the filet mignon was cooked to perfection. The asparagus did taste like butane though so I couldn't eat it and our server was lacking. Not getting 90% of our sides and bringing out the appetizers at the same time as our entrees. Other then that the space was very cool.

We had their Jack’s Steak Sandwich. The meat was well seasoned and the sauce wasn’t too salty. It is the one that I’d recommend if you are planning to go there for lunch!Their service was fantastic. We would love to go back and visit them again!

Food is good but we were disappointed in the new unadvertised admin fee of 2.9% added to all checks. Server stated that the new admin fee is to cover the credit card merchant fee.Must call restaurant to secure an outdoor reservation if you want to sit on the patio (all online reservations are for the indoor space only which was not advertised).

Tasty cuisine! A coworker suggested this location to me when I came to spend my birthday with my parents! The meal was quite tasty. Although I found the food to be a little oily, I couldn't really complain. I suggest starting with the bacon appetizer. It may be expensive, but that was the finest bacon I've ever had! Without a doubt, I'll return here with friends and tell everyone about it.

Sad place, over rated.Horrible service and not professionally cooked meat. If you have a good meat cook it right. Horrible is only word to describe this establishment.

We got the chicken pasta and a burger and we could not eat the burger due to it being tough and the buns were toasted to where they were too hard to bite. The chicken was also too tough, the pasta tasted fine. I will say the beer and the mojito i tried were yummy. We paid basically 90$ for a meal that wasn’t good. Manager took 10% cause she said we “got some of it down” but all we did was try it. most likely won’t be back. The place is beautiful though.

I've traveled all over the country and dined at several steak houses, the ribeye I had at Uncle Jacks was the best I've ever had in my life. The menu itself was one of the most creative I seen, with a lot of thought and care obviously put into it. The Applewood smoked bacon with peanut butter was highly recommended by our server, and personally prior to trying it I never thought those two would go together. I couldn't have been more wrong as in fact I am salivating as I type this review. Everything about our experience was fantastic, including the ambiance and friendliness of the waitstaff. I will making a point to visit Uncle Jacks every time I am in the Atlanta area.Truly a fantastic experience.

Uncle Jack's Meat House offers decent burgers and a fantastic Caesar salad. However, the Mac and cheese lacked seasoning. While the tomahawk steak was flavorful, it was not worth the steep price of $7 per ounce, especially given the smallest cut available that day was 46 ounces. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the decor exudes a great atmosphere. The cleanliness of the restaurant adds to the overall positive experience.

Giving over blackened steak, it was charred 1/8 of inch thick like they been cooked twice. I asked waitress and told us because it was well blackened. We ate three bite in the middle and she did not even ask us if anything was wrong.Maybe because we were Asian? We had same steak with Caucasian couple and it was perfect so we went back our selves and was served total garbage. If you are Asian becareful going to this place and be sorry.
