This place has terrible food, terrible customer service and got my whole order wrong. Needs new management. Wing order was wrong, fries were old and cold. I ordered a combo and didn’t get a drink. I called to complain and get a refund and the manager forgot I was on the phone. I had call back several times for her to tell me she could not refund the purchase unless I brought the food back but by the time I realized my whole order was gone and finally got someone on the line I was more than 30 minutes away. The manager was not remorseful at all. This place needs new management. The WingStop near me in Smyrna is always good.

I ordered Uber eats from here sometimes. They always have my order correct. Only thing I can complain about is they didn't fill my drinks even close to full and I couldn't reach them on the phone for a long time to tell them light ice in them. Foods always cooked great and fast.

Ordered delivery. They forgot our drinks. Called this restaurant to let them know. Was told by the unhelpful worker, “Did the driver leave them in her car?” Told her I don’t know, I didn’t deliver it. She said that there was nothing she can do, even though I ordered it directly off their website. Food was ice cold, fries were soggy and tasted like they’d been made earlier that afternoon. Ordered Wingstop before so know what it should be and this ain’t it. Terrible service, terrible food, all around terrible experience. $50 just to reheat my food. Avoid this place.

If I could give the service and atmosphere a zero, I would. I have been here two times and both times were horrible. The employees are rude and seem to not care about anything. I was not going to leave a review but my last visit was awful. They gave me the wrong order and ran after me and snatched it off my hands like I just stole it off the counter. I was very confused because they did not give me an explanation as to why they just did that. Then they gave me my correct order and didn't say anything to me. I found it very unprofessional and rude.
