Not my M.O to write reviews on fast food restaurants - but this Chick Fil A is so far above a typical fast food joint its not even a comparison. Ultra clean, extremely fast and friendly, classical music playing, REAL flowers on the tables…. I mean this is how you distance yourself from the competition.
Jan 2024 review.If we weren’t so hungry we would have returned our food. Didn’t realize the salad dressings were wrong til we were home and it was on my daughter’s salad, so we had to throw it out. Fry boxes were only half full at best and soggy fries. Husband had a bad experience in the drive-thru getting it and left his own review with details.This is not the Chick-fil-A standards and this store operator should be reviewed by corporate. Chick-fil-A charges the most money for the least amount of food in the industry and this location needs to understand that we are paying a premium for the consistent quality and service. We will not be back to this location until they learn this.

HORRIBLE Chick-fil-A experience. 20-minute wait in a drive thru line with fewer than 10 cars total. Took 3 times for cashier to make correct change. Only received part of my order and had to request 4 missing entre items. Store allowed 1 car in drive thru "waiting for their shake" to backup and block exit for 10 minutes. Four (4) large fries were less than half full, very old and limp on receipt and no ketchup was provided.
