Me and my family came in tonight and the young dude at the cash register was not welcoming at all! He did not speak and did not tell us what the different flavors was. Also, was on his phone while I was trying to speak to him..(The young lady working with him was very nice and welcomed us in)This is our second time visiting this location and this time was not great!! We were very excited just for our Cinnabons to look like this once we got all the way home. This is absolutely ridiculous and not appealing at all. You guys did not even care about the presentation at all and just slapped toppings all over.. The first time we came to this location it was great but I will not return after this visit…

I was in the area and wanted a dessert so I decided to give Cinnaholic a try. I had no idea what to expect so imagine my surprise!! I was greeted immediately upon entering. After finding out it was my first time, I was given several recommendations which was helpful but made it that much harder to choose. You can also do a build-your-own but my husband and I went with the signature rolls...I got the Shake Rattle and Roll. My husband went with the Apple Pecan Pie Roll. Pricing is not too bad considering all the toppings you get. My only regret is that I didn't eat it there so the bananas on my roll was a little dark by the time I got home, several hours later. But it was still good!!Parking: Located in shopping center. Ample parking.

I’m in medical sales. Visit this location often to pick up treats for clients. I’m not sure if they are under new management or not but my last two visits have been terrible. I placed an online order last night 1/10/24 for a medium size party platter for a client . On the platter was to be 2 types of cookies, banana bread, brownies and the little cinnamon buns. 5 min after placing the order they called to say they didn’t have the banana bread would I be ok with just the brownies. Versus 1/2 brownies/ 1/2 banana bread . I said yes .I arrived to pick up. They handed me a tray of brownies. ?. I nicely explained what I ordered and the phone conversation. The guy working was RUDE/ short. He then told me he had no cookies and was bothered that I was asking for what I ordered. He grumbled , tore open the cookies in packaging on the counter and proceeded to cut them in fours. Once he completed the make shift platter I asked if I could get napkins/ utensils/plates.He tossed some utensils/ napkins in a bag and apparently they didn’t have plates or he didn’t know where there were as he put about 12 to go containers in the bag. ??♀️ At that point I realized I wasn’t getting anywhere good with this staff. Try another location as this one is struggling for good help.

This is the worst Cinnaholic I have ever been to. I went to this one since the one in Peachtree Corners was closed. I watched the employees ignore customers and had no real system to who was there first. After almost an hour, I noticed even after complaining they were serving other people first. My son became ansy after having to sit still for an hour so I told them to just give me a refund. They said they are unable to and to come back tomorrow like I didnt drive an hour just to get there. Do not go to this cinnaholic!!!!!
