The food was ok . The drink menu is limited and lack sweeter options . Our table was not wiped down before we sat down . My server was polite but kind of slow. The food took a while to come out . The place was busy but not packed .

I wish I could give a 0/5 stars. An extremely underwhelming experience with First Watch in Dunwoody.I ordered Biscuits & Turkey Sausage Gravy with Over Medium Eggs and Fresh, Seasoned Potatoes. The Turkey sausage gravy was missing from my order, my potatoes were not a full portion and half of the small portion I did get was burnt pieces and my over MEDIUM egg was raw and runny. I will not be dining nor ordering out from this First Watch again.

My family and I went for breakfast around 10:30. We ordered but it took a long time for our food to come. When we did receive our food, it was extremely cold. I got the cinnamon chip pancake meal. The butter on my pancake wouldn't melt, eggs and sausage were cold. Other than the temperature, the food had a lot of flavor.

It takes forever for the food to come out it's like a marathon and they never seem to have enough staff . I live up the street and was excited to have a walkable brunch spot but with the poor service I don't see myself going there a lot. If at all. Businesses don't realize how important good customer service is it can literally determine if a customer comes back or not

It was our first time and we had an amazing experience. Anthony took great care of us!! We especially liked the Million Dollar Bacon and the carrot cake pancakes. Will be back.

The food was not good. The Salmon tasted old like it had been sitting, too hard. The biscuit was all crumbled when the waitress brought it out to me. I had to ask for ever little thing. Nicole the waitress was not attentive.Do not recommend this restaurant.

This place has gone downhill. Low quality and jacked up prices. Place used to be great. Avocado toast was bad. Brown avocado that looked like old guacamole. Cold turkey sausage too. Won't be back. This place seems to have no standards anymore. Bye Felicia

We signed on the waitlist list and was told 1 and half hour wait. The family in front of me made a reservation and was told 30 minutes. I left and return an hour and 15 minutes to approx half the tables empty. The family that was told 30 minutes with the reservation was still waiting. Another party of 10 just came in and stayed they had a Reservation for 10 ( which you can't do online) was say immediately. The family and I when to check and was told another 20 minutes. Wow!!! Finally the 1st family before Ius was seated , and we was seated 10minutes later. We waited over 20 minutes for Sevices, during that time at least 5 members of the staff looked at our direction but never acknowledge us, after I finally called the server over we received the worst introduction with extra attitude, Think's twice
The food generally tastes good, but if you order takeout it is hit or miss. You could arrive at the correct time and your food could be ready or they could have more than 5 tables to serve and now you are stuck waiting 25+ mins after arrival for food. As far as dining in, the entire experience is affected by the below average timeliness of their kitchen.

Pretty busy when we got there, but they had us and the orher patrons seated within a reasonable amount of time. Didn't catch our waitress' name; she had a little flower on her forearm. She was very pleasant. Had the market hash and would definitely get it again. I'd recommend the place.

(Seeing how responsive is the ownership and how mixed the reviews here, I'm going to comment and not just give four stars.)I have visited this location six times over the past several months. I've never had bad service. At least two of the wait staff have been there the whole time and both of them as well as the other who served me today are very pleasant and attentive.The menu is varied and the food is good. The place is large and airy, well laid out. I have enjoyed my every visit and have no complaints. But I cannot award five stars because there is something lacking as to how it all comes together, or doesn't quite. I suppose it depends on the kitchen, the cooks. In any case, I will visit here again.

The staff was nice and trying very hard but obviously the kitchen staff is either short staff or just equipped to handle a full restaurant and they need to adjust tables. quick drinks and coffee and food ordered immediately as we go to other First Watches and know exactly what we want. 40 mins later still waiting for the first bite of food... maybe we can go get lunch instead of breakfast when it did arrive my over easy egg was way overcook.... not sending back as it may be dinner time before i get back

I’ll start with the positive. The staff was nice. The Purple Haze was refreshing. It’s a new & cozy place, not huge. It was busy, but not packed. Plenty of wait (7) & kitchen (7) staff around. Not so positive: Took 15 minutes for to get a server to our table, who we had to call over. Waited 35 minutes for food. When it arrived, I was given someone else’s order. When they went back and brought me my order, it was wrong as well as no dressing for my salad and no lemon curd, berries or powdered sugar on pancakes. Everything was so late I had to get it to go (still with no dressing or pancake accoutrements) so I could get back to work. Decent food but there are plenty of places with decent food. If you go, make sure you don’t have time constraints or need to be anywhere soon. Maybe they’re still working the kinks out because it’s a new location. Not sure, but with the competitive restaurants in the same area, not to mention same shopping plaza, if they don’t get organized and get their act together, they won’t be there long.
