“Your ice cream isn't good as I expected it to be. The flavors are too subtle . The man that serve me was unbelievably perfect. That's why they get a nice rating. He made the trip because he was so welcoming. He offered numerous samples and encouraged us to try them. I've been there before and no one's ever done that. In fact, other times I've acted like they were doing me a favor just waiting on me. They should promote him and give him a raise and retrain, or get rid of the others.“

“We stumbled across this ice cream place by driving by during a visit from out of town. Little did we know they were 1 minute away from closing - we got to the window and realized that it was 1 minute from closing so we were just going to leave (never want to be "those" people) - The lady inside insisted on serving us and told us that it was no problem at all. “I don't know why it's taken me so long to rate Southern Custard.Since I've moved to Atlanta I've been to Southern Custard probably 20+ times. It is BY FAR the best Custard I've ever had.They have vanilla and chocolate on every day, and then each day they rotate a special flavor once per month. So make sure you look at their flavor calendar and plan accordingly.They make their own waffle bowls and cones, which are my absolute favorite.They also have Poffertjes, which are small Dutch pancakes with Custard. They are delicious if you want to try something a little different.Friendly staff, but it can get quite busy sometimes so plan accordingly.“

“We visited Alumni Cookie Dough last night for the first time. We were in the mood for ice cream, but decided to give Alumni a try because we saw that they have both ice cream and cookie dough. The owner was really nice and suggested we sample some of the flavors of cookie dough. I think they had 15-18 different flavors! I tried the strawberry shortcake (my favorite by far!), cookies and cream, and birthday bash. They have vanilla or chocolate ice cream, and you can get cookie dough or ice cream by the scoop (or a combo of the two), or they can mix them together on a marble slab. They also do milkshakes. My husband got a milkshake with chocolate ice cream and chocolate lovers cookie dough, and it was delicious. I did the ice cream and cookie dough mixed up, with vanilla ice cream and strawberry shortcake cookie dough. I think the owner said the strawberry was a special flavor, but I hope they decide to keep it because it's that good!“

“Best mangonada I ever had. The owner gave us a tour around the ice cream's as if it was a wine fest , but instead an ice cream fest. All the ice creams and sorbets are made from scratch. The natural ingredients are so obvious!! Avoid processed foods and go all natural with your ice creams. My friend and I really enjoyed our selections.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.“

“I come here often with my boyfriend. He is lactose intolerant and enjoyed both ice creams (chocolate + mango) he tried. I always get my favorite red velvet and strawberry cheesecake ice creams but the real treat for me is the boba. The boba is a chance you just have to take. Tapioca can be hard and have a grassy flavor when undercooked, and i’ve gotten a boba like that paired with the earthy matcha. It was fine, and i still enjoyed it. The place is small and cozy, warm enough to have two scoops of ice cream in 30° weather. This is my favorite place in Tucker, it’s the best place for dates.Vegetarian options: Small selection of creamy, delicious Dairy Free ice creams for people who are lactose intolerant. My partner and I definitely recommend them.“

When I came in, the lady at the counter was speaking Spanish, and when she realized I was speaking in English, she called one of the other ladies over to help me. I felt bad for not knowing Spanish, but since I'm currently learning, I feel like I can go back here and practice my Spanish when I want to. I ordered a banana split, and the lady was very kind when she gave me options for toppings. “This place LOOKS like a nice quiet sit-down italian eatery. In reality, it's an intensely loud sports bar with a phenomenal pizza kitchen on the 3rd floor of a sports stadium. You can get to it by parking on the 3rd floor parking garage of the Atlanta baseball stadium. On game days, this place is a madhouse. The food comes out fast and is very tasty, but the pictures do not tell you what you're walking into very well. I hope the staff uses hearing protection because they have to literally scream your name and order number to be heard over the noise. The pics make it look like a nice quiet stroll near an Italian villa, but the real atmosphere is louder than anything you'll ever see in the middle of Times Square. It's rock concert loud and jam packed with people.Pizza was great. The hearing loss, not so much.“

“Stopped in here today to celebrate the birthday of both my daughter and grandson. Dwayne was our server and you could not have asked for a more gracious person. He helped my 10 yo grandson make a decision and served us all up with a smile. My daughter had blueberry crumble (I hope that’s the right name) It was absolutely delicious. And I believe my grandson had peanut butter something with chocolate flecks. All flavors looked amazing. We really enjoyed our ice cream and will definitely return. “This is the best coffee shop that I've been to. not only add its special flavor to it but also the place is very nice and it's very clean. She was very positive and smiling the entire time she talked with us.My wife and I ordered a piece of peach cobbler cake that had cheesecake in it, a strawberry shortcake cup with cheesecake in it, and a banana pudding cup with cheesecake in it. All three were good, but my favorite was the strawberry shortcake cup with cheesecake. The strawberries were fresh and sweet. The banana pudding tasted like it also had caramel in it. The peach cobbler cake wasn't overly sweet. Our only wish was the cake/breading on the peach cobbler was more crust like than soft breading. Maybe it was just the piece that we got, but it was still good.I forgot to get photos first so I had to get photos after we had already dug in. LOL“
