I was in a drive thru, and the lady just took my card, made the payment, and told me to go to the next window. But there was no other window. I had to park my car and get out of my car, and tell the people this happened. Then I got it.

This is the slowest McDonald’s fast food is supposed to be fast! Ghetto and NEVER ice cream, don’t order delivery it’s even worse.
This used to be the best McDonald’s ever. But now they tell you they’re done with breakfast at 10:35am & instead hand you the soggiest chicken nuggets ever spawned. Literally, the nuggets are making squelching sounds when i pick them up. I had already paid for a McMuffin. I am not lovin’ it- this sucks.

I’ve come twice in the past week and the line is 45 minute wait. Sometimes the cars are just sitting. The cashiers are friendly when you get to the window but due to the long waits I won’t be returning. Feels like their understaffed, management definitely needs to invest in more staff or paying their workers more.

Asked for well done fries, cooked fresh... And they were on point. Also asked for a cup of ice water but was informed that they had to charge for a drink, I declined. I know how it goes, I've been a good service manager, so I wasn't even upset.
