I’m from Memphis, so I was skeptical when I saw “Memphis Barbecue” in Atlanta (because everyone knows Memphis has THE best barbecue, right?) Then I tried the ribs and oh my word! The waitperson told me I’d be back and I can assure you I will be! So so so good!

Had a great experience here, We ordered outside a to go order, due to the aromatic smell that was divine as my daughter had an appt at the H&R Block ?. My husband and I were just in the area with her visiting and tried it. I had the pictured Fried Turkey Sandwich with fries and soda. Husband had the pulled Chicken Sandwich, both were very good. The service was friendly and fast. Establishment was clean. Would love to go back soon. I recommended this Restaurant to you to try.

This is what I got. A meat flavored dry brick with burnt edges. It is clearly not freshly made. It's leftover meatloaf, microwaved topped with BBQ sauce. It was so hard, I couldn't cut it with a fork. I was so disappointed especially at $15.

Me and my friends came here on a Wednesday night. We were seated within 5 minutes. It wasn’t that many people which was cool. Kendrew our server was beyond amazing!!! His amazing welcoming customer service is top tier!! We tried a few entrees which all came out good!! The rum runner was a lil watered down but I guess it all depends on who is actually making your drink. Other than that the food was great! Their mud pie dessert is shareable and very delicious too! Parking is available in front which is a bonus!

After visiting Memphis and trying barbecue spaghetti, I thought I would have to travel back whenever I wanted some. Glad to find it here in Georgia! It wasn't quite as mind blowing, but it's worth the 40 minute trip from South Fulton.

We tried Memphis BBQ Co while in the Atlanta area. Overall it's a NO. The ribs and brisket were good. The greens weren't good, the Wackaroni was worse than Kraft from the box, the chicken was dry, and the Cornbread was dry and hard. For nearly $40 it's not worth the money at all. The person who recommended this place will no longer be our friend after this.

Used to go here all the time when I lived in the area. 6 years later, it's still rockin' it. The BBQ is seasoned wonderfully and the sauces are on point. You get all the fixings you could ask for and they don't skimp on the portions. Even on their off days, they're still above average. Love the staff's friendly attitudes, too. I always go for their combos since there's a lot they're good at. My wife enjoys their cheese fritters and it's always a must have when we come in. 10/10 definitely make this a stop when you're in Dunwoody.

Came here for lunch with some co workers. It was good. Good portion sizes too! I always look for brisket and most bbq places I go to don't have it but they did! Super excited and it was really good.

I came here on a Sunday at 1pm. The service was GREAT.. restaurant super clean and bathroom very clean as well. I must say, the food was good I had the chicken , macaroni, and greens.the chicken was nicely smoked , juicy, and a glaze of bbq sauce. The greens were pretty good and the macaroni was very creamy. We came here this past Sunday for dinner, and it turned out just OK. Parking was easy to get in the large, free parking lot that is shared with all of the other businesses in the strip mall where Memphis Barbecue Co is located at the end of the strip. This restaurant wasn't that busy, and I estimate that it was between 10% to 20% of capacity while we were there. We were seated by a hostess who I don't think understood the concept of distancing customers as much as possible. She first showed us a booth right next to a large group of people. We asked for a table, so she showed us the table right next to the host station, where everyone passes by. I finally asked if we could be moved to a table away from everyone else, which she accommodated. I noticed that the same hostess took customers to tables or booths that were right next to tables and booths already occupied, and most of the customers requested a different table away from other people. You would think that a hostess would notice this trend. Why wouldn't an employee try to distance customers from each other during a pandemic, especially when the restaurant has only about 20% of the capacity? Our server, Frank, was pretty good. It didn't take him very long to come to our table to take our drink orders and answer questions that we had about some of the items on the menu. When he came back with our drinks, we ordered. I ordered a half rack of spare ribs, which came with two sides. I chose steamed veggies and red beans and rice. Our server asked me if I wanted a dry rub, a sauce, or have it "muddy." I asked what muddy was, and it's a combination of the dry rub and bbq sauce. I told him I wanted it muddy. R ordered a pulled pork sandwich, with sides of fries and cole slaw. After a 20 minute wait, a food runner brought our food. I wouldn't get the ribs muddy again because it came out a little salty. If I get the spare ribs again, I'd get the bbq sauce on it only, and squeeze some of the spicy bbq sauce from the one of the bottles on the table onto the ribs. I definitely wouldn't order the red beans and rice again because they lacked flavor and were rather bland. The steamed veggies (broccoli, zucchini and carrots) were cooked perfectly and tasted very good. The spare ribs had a decent amount of meat on them, and were nowhere near fall-off-the-bone tender, but rather firm. My meal came with a large slice of very dry cornbread that I didn't want to finish eating. R said his pulled pork sandwich was ok, as was the cole slaw. The fries were great; I agreed because I had a taste of his fries, and they were great - crispy the outside and tender on the inside. I thought the Memphis-y artwork on the walls was interesting, in a good way. The restaurant was clean. There's a nice size bar, with lots of TV monitors showing sports, in the middle of the restaurant. In addition to the indoor dining areas, there was a covered patio outside facing the parking lot.

Food was delicious. The ribs were delicious and the smoked wings with dry rub are the best!

This place is great! Loved the vibe, friendly service. I did pick up but it looks like a comfortable place to spend some time. All the food was very tasty! Definitely intrigued and want to go back for more soon.
