The salad dressing used to be made in house and now they give you packets. The one I received was bloated with air, which usually means it's spoiled!! I checked the exp date and it expired Aug 2022, we're in March 2023!!! I paid for extra sauce because last time you could still see the cheese at the top, and still looked like this? This used to be my go to spot for Chicago deep dish, but both food and service standards have gone down drastically! Very disappointing, especially because I wanted to support a local minority owned business, and this place looks like it had potential, but this will be the third time now I've received bad service or food.

Sigh. We had a craving for Chicago Deep Dish Pizza and ended up with this. Very disappointing. The bottom of the box was completely wet. The cheese wasn’t all the way melted and the sauce was badly broken. Then there was broken pieces of crust on top of the pizza. We were very disappointed about this.

Pretty darn good food and service. My server was the only one working at the time so she was running a little crazy but did a good job overall. My food was definitely tasty and served hot/ fresh to order (keep in mind the pizzas are made to order and will take a while to be cooked but they are good)

Our waitress made my mom-in-law and me feel very welcome, even though she was also tending the bar. The food came out in good time! Music was good.The deep dish was big enough that we each only ate 1 slice at dinner, but it still tastes good the next day!Parking: Plenty of parking!

I took down my 1 star review because we chose to give them another chance, under the new ownership. The people were nice, ON TIME...which was refreshing. Ordered medium pepperoni chicago style and a thin crust, since they do not carry hand tossed, half pepperoni/half cheese. I am so sorry to say but for over $50....no. the chicago pizza was terrible. Absolutely no flavor, dry on the outside, extremely doughy center. It made me very sick. The thin crust had no flavor either. The crust was like eating cardboard.Gave 2 stars because they were kind instead of insulting and rude like the former owner/manager.But we will not ever return here. Not worth the money nor the recovery time after being sick.

The pizza and drinks here are on point! We’ve had the thin crust & deep dish on two separate occasions. First time at a table, second at the bar. The manager, server & bar tenders were hospitable and fun. Definitely a vibe and we will be back!

Delicious ??? yesterday I had my first deep dish pizza ? and it was amazing ? I ordered a small with Italian sausage and one slice had me tapping out! The crust was awesome filled with cheese ?.I had to go back again today and get fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Cesar salad ?Great service from the staff very friendly peopleIt’s 30 minutes away from me and I will be back again soon!

Save your moneyThis place is mediocre at best. There are much better pizza places in the area that have better quality pizza for cheaper prices. The wait was over 2 hours for one medium pizza. We were told there was only one chef working on a Friday night. These people obviously don’t have a full enough staff to run a pizza place and bar on a Friday night.

I am from out of town and placed an order online and was told to arrive at 7 pm and when I did I was told they were running 15-20 minutes behind in the kitchen (which I was fine with) so I waited in my car. Went back inside at the time I was told and waited 10 minutes for someone to go look for my order, another 8 minutes before she came back and was told they are cooking my pizza. Now the woman disappeared and I am still waiting for my order. It could be great food but I am rating this place solely on my waiting experience. And I can’t leave because I paid for it already.
Got a small deep dish, sausage and garlic, and cesar salid. 15% tip. total $47. There was maybe 3 tiny pieces of sausage in a piece. It tasted weird. Didnt notice any fresh garlic $30 for a lot of bread and cheese. The salad for $10 was pitiful. Kens salid dressing packets. It just wasnt good and again $47 for this is ridiculous. Never returning.

This is my third time ordering food from the place, or attempting to I should say. The first two times went smoothly and on time, but this third time was uncalled for. The time I called is 7:15pm on Friday night 2/4/22, and it was a female I spoke to that has caused this review. Hopefully the owners or managers see this so they know who it was. The first time I called to order pick up, I was placed on hold for over two minutes after telling the woman I wanted to order. I then ended up hanging up because the line sounded like she forgot about me. I called again and was immediately told to please hold and she put me on hold before I could say a word. I then hung up after sitting on the phone for a minute and a half. I called one more time after almost giving up, she immediately told me please hold again and put me on hold. How rude do you have to be to do that?? I work in a customer service field and have worked I’m customer service before, and I get it you might be busy, but it’s not hard to take an order quickly. I don’t even know if she had anything pressing that was keeping her from taking my order, but I’ve never called a place to order food and have been treated like that. I won’t be coming here again.

Walked in and was very confused—there are basically three tables, a few high tops, and lounge-like couches, at one of which a couple’s sitting smoking a hookah. What??? Add to that the loud R&B and you have a complete club vibe. WTF? I was expecting a pizza restaurant. Stuck with it though. Service was eh (no water refills, no check ins) but food was good (not inexpensive). When we were ready to leave I had to walk to the register to pay for food and then walk to the bar to pay for my wife’s glass of wine—weird. Asked for two boxes and was handed two flat boxes. The whole experience was just odd.
