Eh? As usual, 3 stars from me is an ambivalence towards a return which, at the end of the day, is about right. I came in at about 8:30 on a Sunday and it was dead. Less than 5 tables in the entire place. There's a place for music but no one was playing. Honestly, I'm thankful for that. I ordered a Green Tea Punch, 10 Red Dragon Wings, and some Steel City Spuds using curly fries. The spuds were pretty good! Obviously Curly Fries are a winning formula, and cheese makes everything better. There wasn't much bacon, but cheesy fries are obviously great. The Wings were fine. The sauce was pretty good, but the wings themselves were small and honestly, a bit dry. I've absolutely had better wings, and I've made better using an air fryer as well. The Green Tea Punch though was... a mixed bag. It was tasty enough, but it's not really Tea. That's fine, I knew that. However, it's served in a plastic pouch, which the waitress immediately dropped on the table, spilling a bit of it. While they made up for it with another half a drink, the thing spilled because the gusset on the bottom wasn't set up properly so it couldn't stand up. Apparently I was the first customer this waitress had who ever ordered one, and the bartender didn't set up the bag correctly. I found it very odd that the waitress hadn't had a customer order one, when this was on their old menus. Speaking of old menus, Wild Wing Cafe is currently working off of a limited menu focusing on their core items and a handful of other things, rather than their regular menu. Really they're just doing wings and fries right now, and no combos or anything like that. All in all, I thought my experience was... fine. Not great, not amazing, but fine. Service was very slow especially for how empty the place was, the food was fine but not spectacular, and while nothing sticks out as particularly bad, there isn't a whole lot to sell me on the place either. Maybe come here if a band you like is playing on stage, but otherwise you could probably avoid it.

As a last minute effort to grab a bite to eat I took my chances and called this location! It was indeed time for the restaurant to close yet Charlie didn’t hesitate in taking my order and preparing my request for wings! Even welcomed me to wait inside while he got my order ready! It’s hard to find a establishment that will go above and beyond with great customer service these days but Charlie did just that!There are only a few good places left out here to go enjoy yourself at and experience good quality food. And this is one hands down! Wild Wing Cafe is sure lucky to have such an outstanding manager in Charlie! Will be making this my regular spot and so will many others now!

This evening there was one server for the entire restaurant. She was lovely and working so hard. She had 8 tables and was also the bartender. She said the manager was helping her. I watched him walk around. Not lift one finger to help her. She was scrambling. Our food took one hour to come and came out cold. She needed some serious help. The manager did literally nothing. He could have brought food out or at least gotten refills. Nothing. Sadly I give this establishment maybe 6 months before It shuts down. I have never seen anything like it. We will NOT be returning.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon and we were flabbergasted by the slow service we received! Mind you, this was our second time here, and three times at the Alpharetta location. Both times we sat at the bar. On this particular Saturday, we walked in at 2:00pm. Sat at the bar, there was one server and one other person whom I assume was a manager at this entire establishment with maybe two other tables. Well we waited and we waited and waited.... no drink order or anything whatsoever. The server came to us while standing in the bar and said, "I will be right with you," and proceeded to walk to a table behind us who came AFTER US!!! Seriously??? She was behind the bar when she said this to us. How hard is it to pour a drink and then proceed to the newly sat table behind us. We then said, if this is the service on a Saturday, who knows how the food will be and opted NOT to order any food here. That same table behind us got their food and we noticed the curly fries were burnt to crisp and they even mentioned it to the server. She then apologized to them, so that was our cue that we were not going to eat here. Paid for our drink and left. Forgot to mention that while we sat there another couple also sat at the bar, waited and waited, and eventually walked out of the restaurant... Something NEEDS to change ASAP! The food was good the first time we went there and the OTHER LOCATION in Alpharetta had way better service - go there instead!

Not a good experience. My wife and I were the only ones in the place. It took 25 min to get drinks, twice as long to get our appetizers, etc. There was plenty of staff…they were busy doing other things rather than taking care of the customer.

If I could give less stars I would. I got a wing package that comes with 25 wings and two sides. Got it through Uber eats, it shows up and the wings are wrong and there is NO SIDES, NOR CARROTS! Lol anyone with half a brain could do these assholes jobs and they can't even give the Uber drivers a easy tip. Y'all suck cock and balls, and your f****** boss wings aren't even an option through the app. F*** this place, don't waste your time. There's a place in dunwoody called wing factory and they NEVER miss. Don't waste your time!

I have never seen a place with better locations and absolute incompetence. The food and service were horrible prior to pandemic and now it should simply be shut down. The manager is a nice guy but the staff is the worst I have ever seen. All in all food is horrible and service is worse. Shut it down now !

He was walking in circles just to hangout with other coworkers, but not actually providing service to paying customers. It was a waste of money. I came with my family and will never go back!

Service was horrible. Sat us on a dirty table to start with. Ordered appetizers to snack on while we wait for our food. Never got it until they brought our food out (defeats the purpose of an appetizer ). Food was definitely not on point AT ALL. Wings were dry with literally no sauce on them at all. It was a party of 5 and literally, we were all DISAPPOINTED. Never got a refill after the initial 1st round of soda. I did ask twice but girl was more worried about talking to friends instead. The vibes of this place are way off. Went in Sunday 2-20-22 to be exact. If anything visit the GAINESVILLE Ga location, servers, food and environment are literally on point.

Skip it! Horrible service, Order was wrong, forgot drinks, did not answer phone when I called about an online order. Had to come back up here and wait another 20 minutes just to get the missing order. They do not get in a hurry for anyone. Will never order or come here again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. $70 to experience prison basically. Hard food, no heat in 30 degree weather, & hours of waiting for food that tastes like nutrisystem meal prep. We watched at least 5 people walk in then walk out due to the lack of servers, yet alone anyone to greet you at the door. Someone needs to knock this building down.
