I have been getting different items from Gyros to Rubens for years this Thursday I ordered 2 Cornbeef Ruben Meals I was shocked to find very little Cornbeef and almost no sauerkraut on my sandwich I was very disappointed

My husband and I ordered lunch through the app and went through the drive through to pick it up. We were told we’d have to come inside to get our order. I explained that we had a baby in the truck and asked if they could just give us our food through the window, but they repeated that we would have to come inside to pick up our food. As we drove around, there were NO cars in the drive through. When my husband went inside, he asked about the requirement to come inside but was given no reason for the request. The point of mobile ordering is the customer’s convenience. It makes ZERO sense to make customers get out of their vehicles to come inside to pick up a takeout order. If I had been alone in my truck with my sleeping newborn without my husband present, this would have required me to completely unload my baby to needlessly go inside and pickup the lunch I had already paid for. If there is a logical reason for this is policy, I would love to know it. I find it completely RIDICULOUS. If it is not actually a policy, then these employees provided pitiful service and need to be corrected. I have lots of options for where to spend my hard-earned money, and this experience didn’t inspire me to want to give more to Arby’s in Ellijay.

Love the cheese sticks and poppers. Good service ,staff friendly and food is always hot.Parking: Plenty of parking and convenient to the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking available and easy accessable.

Yoshi and Susan were the only two people working and they took great care of us. The restaurant was very clean and the food was hot & fresh. They even came out to our table to check on us. Great experience!!
Arby's needs to get off their high horse and lower their prices back down. Don't you realize that if you lowered your prices way down, you'd make a killing?? I love Arby's classic roast beef, but at the current prices, I can only afford to eat there occasionally.

Taylor the manager greeted us kindly and professionally. I’ve been to MANY Arby’s along my road trips - this one prepares the best and most fresh food. They have a clean and well ran restaurant! It was well decorated with Christmas decorations and I thoroughly enjoyed my well made Wagyu burger. I recommend this to anyone!!!Kid-friendliness: Extremely kind when my 2 year old was crying.
The staff was very friendly. They have the restaurant decked out for the holidays. I can't remember our cashier's name, but she was amazing. We were there Tuesday night between 6:30 & 7:30
