I have been coming to this American deli since I was 16 and the food has been GREAT every single time I go ! I love this American deli and this one only. food don't ever take long literally like 10 mins and food is fresh ! I love any kind of their fried rice because its fresh made it fresh cuts veggies everyday and fresh rice ! go to this American deli when you come in town

Well for one as a past employee customers have complained about the juice station tasting like bleach or mop water. The manager is lazy, she doesn't respect her employees at all, and she does not fix problems with customers when it comes to their orders. People have complained about there being bugs in the rice which the customer had brought back to show her and she told them that it was just a '"burnt mushroom." There was a incident where a wood chip had gotten into someone's food which they also brought back with the receipt, the food, the bloody tissue, and the wood chip that was inside the food. There is a hispanic chef that is a pedophile and tries to hit on the female employees and touch them while she said they have done nothing wrong. She is sexist and does not like hiring male employees saying they are "dirty." And she does not listen to the employees complaints about certain subjects but she brushes them off and sleep in her office. She doesn't even like helping when it gets hectic, complains about working "all day" when an employee cannot make it in, and complains when certain customers what her specifically to take their orders

I like the food but when I went to the counter to pick it up I ask for 2 tartar sauce and was told I could just get 1 and I had a 4 piece fish meal, Sorry but that's just ridiculous,they lost a customer over 1tarter sauce!!!!

This is my first time at this American Deli. And the only reason I came to this one is because a coworker recommended this one to me. And the only reason why I’m not giving them 5 stars instead of 4 is because they forgot my drink. Which I let pass because I already had two cans of soda in the car and I was on a 30 minute lunch break. But anyways I got the Philly cheesesteak combo and Oh my goodness ??? everything was so fresh and delicious. Even the steak tasted like it was well done. Plus I got my food in less than 5 minutes (a call in) Super good. Will definitely be back to this location for sure.

The service was great. I was greeted fast. I ordered a fried chicken salad without all the veggies they add to the salad. I was accommodated no problem. The chicken on my salad was overcooked, the eggs were old, and some ingredients were forgotten. I wouldn't recommend eating from a restaurant that's connected to a gas station, but here we are. Don't get the fried chicken sat.
