I tried to order here this morning at approximately 11 AM. Google has the hours of operation and it shows the restaurant as OPEN. Some foreign guy came onto the speaker saying that they are not open and to come back in 30 minutes that is very unprofessional and you could have at least said hello, How are you? Also I did not get the option to place my order and wait. Will not be returning

This dairy always closes early. They say close at 10. Got there 9:25 they say are close. How do you close a half hr early? Post what your actual hrs are so people dont waste their time. This isnt the first time either but tonight i had to write a review.
I really like Dairy Queen. Used them three times with Uber Eats. 1st time was great. 2nd time I asked for bacon with extra bacon ( Applewood) got bacon, but no extra. Tried them again tonight. NO BACON AT ALL AND PAID FOR EXTRA BACON. Used the same order I had originally placed. Double checked it. It had been warmed with lettuce, mayo , jalapeño and onion. I took a picture.NEVER AGAIN…. I was soooo hungry. And disappointed.

I tried to give a second chance but this is it!! The white gravy dipping sauce is disgusting! It’s like they put water in it to stretch it. It’s the consistent of milk! Also the “toast” was not toasted and the fries were cold. I am beyond frustrated. I definitely should have looked in the box. Complete waste of money! Again this same thing happened on last visit when I ordered the same thing. Won’t be going back. Will have to drive all the way up to Roosevelt Hwy.

This place is so run down and ghetto. The guy in the drive thru was nice, but the shake was gross and it was overpriced.
Didn't have time to eat. I parked and waited for a passenger. Clean. Great view. Sharp structure. Smelled great. These days there's food at the house. 10/10. Fantastic location. I will come again.Parking: Ample. Concrete all sides. Drive round simple building. Clean.Kid-friendliness: It's dairy queen.Wheelchair accessibility: Unsure. Sidewalk seemed beyond adequate.
Been eating at this DQ for years but now i will never support this establishment again, VERY rude, Racist, even the young girl was racist towards me a child didn’t even look past the age of 8. The older man at the counter is rude and racist as well very unkind and spiteful they do not allow people to come in. My order is either ALWAYS wrong or poorly made/packaged ranch for chicken tender basket is watery like they mixed water into it. STRAIGHT RUBBISH!

Gosh they are slow, rude, don't listen to your orders, and they don't put a lot of toppings. Mostly everytime I order a blizzard it's just vanilla ice cream

My friend and I ordered 2 medium blizzards. The clerk repeated the order back to us and we confirmed it was all correct. At the window we paid and she handed us 1 small and 1 medium. We told her we ordered 2 mediums and she said we didn't but we absolutely did and it was confirmed. She had serious attitude and charged us the extra. We just wanted to get out of there so we complied despite her mocking my friend.
