This hotel is not safe. While visiting, someone from their staff accessed my room without permission. They also stole two high value items that were in my belongings. The managers at the location have not been responsive despite being well aware of the situation. In fact, they tried to gaslight me into believing that I did not bring my items with me during the trip. I showed them pictures of me wearing it the day before and they began to say "we are not responsible for your belongings". This would be true if they did not access my room without permission. I also contacted corporate who classified this as a safety and security issue, but I am waiting to hear back from them regarding a resolution. My recommendation would be to stay away. Too many people have master keys and share them with each other. This makes it very difficult to track down the person who accesses rooms without prior authorization.

Standard HGI property located next to ATL. Easy to get to and from the airport. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was typical HGI offering. Fitness center was good, plenty of newer equipment. Staff was friendly.

Stayed here two nights ago on my way to my new home in NC. Clean and nice hotel. My room was spacious and very quiet on the 7th floor. I love that it's only 50.00 to bring my doggies too. They even have an airport shuttle for those who need it. Self parking there is a charge of 15.00 a day. Good water pressure and decent customer service. Bed was a bit hard, but it was only for one night. All in all it was exactly what I needed. I've stayed at 3 different Hilton garden inn's this week. Finally in my new state/house and I am loving it.

Overnight stay waiting for a flight. The staff was great. The room was clean. The hallway to the elevator smells like weed. The elevator smells like weed. My room smells like weed. Weed smells like under arms and poop mixed together. I'm worried that my clothes will stink when I get on the plane.

After driving for 12 hours we got to the property and we were greeted with rude, unprofessional staff. All we got from her was attitude. Every question we asked her we got attitude. She was more interested in serving her friends and family members that were on the property over in the bar drinking than taking care of her paying customers. They also charge does $14 to park even though one of our family members is disabled and he we got from her was attitude. Every question we asked her we got attitude. She was more interested in serving her friends and family members that were on the property over in the bar drinking then taking care of her paying customers. They also charged us $14 to Park even though one of our family members is disabled and needed to park in the handicap's spot, then on top of everything else even though we booked it through Orbitz and we told them that we had pets they charged us $75 per room for a non refundable pet deposit. The icing on the cake is with all we wanted to do was go have dinner and sit in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were only open for one more1/2 hour. They had put so much chemicals in the hot tub that the whole pool room stunk of bleach. The chemical smell was so strong, even though we opened all the windows and doors and tried to air out the place we could not bear the smell to even use the pool or hot tub. This is just laziness on the staff. They could've waited a half an hour and put chemicals in the pool after the pool close

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was an extra charge but very good. The waitress was cheerful and efficient. The front desk person was not friendly at check-in. Worked well for flying out the next day.

Great Location and close to Everything! This hotel did not disappoint. Everyone was very friendly, especially the shuttle van driver. He suggested some food spots that were in walking distance and told us some other things to do if time permitted. The people at check in and check out were nice as well. The hotel was clean, spacious and just what we needed.

I thought all Hiltons were kept to the same standards. I was very disappointed after seeing how dirty this place was. I’ve never been to any of the Hilton/Hampton chains that looked like this. I’ll continue to use Hilton hotels but will not visit this one or recommend it to anyone.

The worst experience I've ever had when trying to cancel a reservation. As a frequent business traveler, plans often change often. I checked in online, and they will not provide a refund because it says I'm at the property, even though I've checked in to another Hilton Hotel in Alabama. Look at the reviews Hilton - they should be able to call themselves a Hilton Garden Inn. As a Diamond Member, I've never been refused a refund. I was a Diamond Member and just signed up for Marriott Bonvoy. Terrible customer service at this place.

The hotel is in a pretty sh***y area and the staff were extremely rude and the hotel looks like s**t but the worst part is that the staff stole my f***ing AirPods this is one of the few bad experiences I’ve had with Hilton as of recent and I would not recommend staying here unless you want your s**t stolen.
