4/01/2024(7:00 hour)Common courtesy is almost nonexistent in this era. But,I was serviced with such kindness today at the East point(camp creek),Jimmy John’s today. Some days I have bouts where neurodivergence is obvious. I didn’t realize that I asked the cashier(tall young man) the same inquiry more than three times but he was really kind. Besides him,there was another guy and they both prepped my order in such an efficient manner that I’ll continue patronizing this location.

The cashier was very rude and passive-aggressive because I as a first time visitor I guest took to long checking the menu all of 3 mins.. And how dare I ask a question, the eye rolls and twisted mouth response I got FROM DERRICK THE CASHIER. Poor customer service terrible attitude.. oh and the manager was there and didn't check him. ?

I’m not sure what happens at this store that doesn’t happen at any other store , but everytime I order from this location the bread is always hard. I keep wanting to give them a chance (my 3rd time ordering from this location) but nothing ever changes. I mean what is wrong with this bread.

They were offended, I has not eaten the sandwich.2nd picture is of the owner. She nearly got arrested for trying to get in my face and intimidate me. I stood outside on public property and informed the public of the disgusting food they are serving to the customers. Do not eat here, do not waste your time spending your money here .

If I were yall I would not eat here. They do t wash their hands. Lady fixed my food with no.gloves and had a attitude after u addressed it. Aside from that I'm seeing that thy don't pay the ppl.that work for them. Boycott this franchise.
I went here a week ago & ordered a sandwich with all freebies, got home & my sandwich had NO freebies,I was so upset because it also had a long piece of hair in it, told them about when I went back & they were so rude this place is disgusting,I will never eat here again.

First time in this location. I asked for onions on 1/2 of my sandwich. I got home and guess what, I had onions on 1/2 of the sandwich. I was slow to visit this location due to the reviews, but it was clean inside and quick service.

I am sending this to the public. This company is refusing to pay an employee for work. I went to advocate for a friend because he told me they were holding up his pay. This is the jimmy John's on campcreek parkway in East point. The owner name is Tommy. I tried to attach a picture of how nasty one of their employees look. Don't eat here. The picture of the man below is the manager on duty we gave the payroll paper work to. He don't have a hair net. Look sloppy. The owners are disrespectful and nasty

I came to Jimmy John’s to pick up dinner and when I arrived at 8:06p they were closed. How are you closed when your advertised time of closing is 9p. If you’re not going to stay open till the time posted just change the time on your google page. Won’t ever come back here again.
