Where do I begin? The kiosk took me all the way through the buying process and then didn't print my receipt. The card reader was also broken. I went to the cashier to pay and received an order number different from the one that flashed on the kiosk screen. The order came out with the kiosk number. The men's room was FILTHY and the sink didn't work. Get your act together. This is basically par for the course on your stores in S ATL anyway and today's experience only reinforces my decision to stop being a customer. GET IT TOGETHER.

Tried to order on menu board. Found a egg and sausage Mcmuffin on special for $2.29 so I clicked on it and added to order. Tried to get to coffee screen, but it would not let me. Finally gave up after several minutes and went to counter. Told the counter person I wanted the egg and sausage Mcmuffin that is on the menu board for $2.29 and I asked her how much a large coffee was. She said $1.89. I told her to add that. When I got the receipt I noticed I was charged $2,79 for the egg and sausage Mcmuffin and $1.99 for the coffee. Went back to the cashier and told her that I was charged wrong. She called the manager to come over and help. When I told her that the board had the egg and sausage Mcmuffin for $2.29 we went over to the board. I could not bring up the screen that had the special on it. Not my board, so I did not know what was the problem. She finely said the sandwich was $2.79 and there was nothing she was going to do. Although mad I waited for the sandwich and coffee. When I got it I examined the sandwich and there was no egg. Being really mad, I now screamed at them that I cannot even get the sandwich I wanted and slammed it down on the counter at which time it opened and the sandwich was on the counter.. They then took my sandwich and put an egg on it and brought it back to me. On the way out the door I threw it in the garbage! Took the coffee out to my wife and told her what happened. She asked me if I asked for my money backI said I was too upset to deal with any more. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN. AND I HOPE YOU WILL READ THIS AND NOT GO THERE EITHER.

Stopped in for a 'quick' lunch, 45 min later we were back on the road. Like most fast food joints, this one was understaffed and could not keep up with a minimal lunch crowd. The plus side, my quarter pounder with cheese was hot off the grill. The wait was painful. I assume McDonald's is famous for efficiency and timeliness, not this one.

I ordered a dbl Quarter Pound with cheese sandwich only . Money collected at 12:11 at 12:12 instructed to pull to drive thru 1 parking spot …..no thank you, hello or any friendly talk. I park at 12:12 they walk out door at 12:28 with no words shove my bag in my hands and walk off…..I had a restaurant for 25 years , so I am very easy going with waits but this location is a joke. Management needs to step up! I’ll NEVER PATRONIZE AGAIN ( BTW I usually come 3 times a week with spending $8-$13 each time but no more. Thank you for reading my rant, as I’ve never left a bad review but I’m sick of the bad service, and I’m very nice each visit but am treated like a nobody!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Mickey D's! CANNOT STAND THIS STORE! I eat at every McDonald's I come across I have eaten at this location several times trying to give them a fair shake but they just can't get it together! Fries and nuggets were cold. The staff were very short, not personable, rolling eyes, pooping gum. Dinning room was a mess, other customers were complaining loudly, not a good experience.
