Welcoming and inviting. This location in particular is a staple of my weekly routine. The staff is helpful and friendly. Would recommend.Vegetarian options: Moe’s offers Tofu or Meatless options for all menu items.

Food was good but service was very unprofessional and inattentive. Service can definitely be improved I rather drive to another Moes for better service than receive what I encountered today. 1. Loud music we can barely hear eachother, 2. Messy orders missing items no kids toy no cookie for kids meal 3. Talking over the food in front of them to eachother for almost 2 mins straight I almost wanted tothrow it out?️

Ordered online. Wasn’t delivered until the next day, in spite of us ordered to be ordered same day. Tried to call the store and corporate but always received voicemail. Most horrible experience I have ever had with a Moe’s restaurant. Not to mention when we got our food, it wasn’t what we ordered!!! So disappointing!!!

Horrible service… DOES NOT HONOR MOES COUPONS!!! I have never seen a restaurant ran more unorganized with no support!! Don’t go. Restaurant was dirty and stuff was not helpful.

This location is one of the worst in the area. They never answer the phone. I spent 30 minutes calling them, and when I tried other locations I was able to reach them. The app placed an order at the wrong location, and to cancel it you have to call through the phone. I ordered because I had the $10 reward for being a consistent customer. I couldn't cancel it because I wasn't able to reach anybody. I considered this very bad customer service, and this wasn't the first time.

This Spanish side was at the cash register cursing out someone from his team regarding an invoice very unprofessional. The young black young lady that was taking my was so sweet and had no help .

This visit was a true disappointment. The server waiting on me appeared to be counting the pieces of chicken and beans. When I asked for other items to be added, there seemed to be some hesitancy. The drink machine was leaking, so there was wet, sticky waste on the floor. The salsa bar and condiment areas were all dirty. If I had seen that prior to ordering, I would have left. I have given Moe's three times to get it right, but they continue to disappoint me.

The line where the food is prepped wasn't clean. Who wants to eat from a dirty place? Food and sauce were everywhere. The guy who rang me up was nice and the young lady who came out to make sure that someone had taken my order were both professional but there was lettuce and queso all on the food prep station. And they weren't cleaning it up.

This by far has to be the worst Moes I have ever been to. I was told at 7:11 pm that they didn't have a lot of the needed items not because they were out but because they were getting ready to close @ 9PM . and to make matters worse the cashire still chargded me full price for a halfass meal that went in the trash. The restaurant was not clean and all the workers had attitudes. Like really it already bad that you all didn't prep the way you should have so you would have enough food to hold you over till the EOD but you got an attitude with your gest for saying something about it.. This is the main reason I will be giving chipotte my business going forward. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.

I don't know the workers own the restaurant.. You need to work with them for better costumer service . I know I have the app and when it's your birthday you get a free burrito. They were so nasty refused to give the girl the free burrito and instead gave her a small taco threw it off counter luckily it didn't fall over but come on people be nice . It wasn't r decision for free stuff it was the company.
