I went last Sunday with my family & the experience was not up to par from beginning to end.Let’s start with the parking. It was hard to find the driveway & they require free valet parking. The driver parked the truck literally 5 feet away from where we stood. Glad it was free.On to the drinks. I ordered a lemon drop. It was all drop, no lemon, it tasted like straight liquor - disgusting. A family member ordered a bahama mama & it was all mama, no bahama. It tasted like juice only. The bartender clearly didn’t know how to make drinks. We all also ordered sweet teas that we all had to add water to because it was essentially sugar syrup. I know this is the south & usually don’t mind the sweetness but it was liquid diabetes. On to the appetizers. We had the Andy’s Special Recipe Oysters. Nasty, mushy, cheese melted like plastic on top. No.A family member had the Cheese Toast - it was ok but the marinara sauce was probably the best thing I had from this god forsaken restaurant. On to the entrees. One of us had The Ultimate Fried Combo. The fries were okay, the clam strips were surprisingly decent. The shrimp breading fell off as soon as I picked them up. The oysters had no seasoning - just batter.I had the Catch of the Day Entree. The catch of the day was Halibut & I had it blackened. The vegetables of the day were broccoli or corn - I chose broccoli. The halibut was so bland, it made no sense since there was blackened seasoning all over the fish. It was the most bland blackening I’ve ever had. The rice was utterly disgusting, I spit it out immediately. The broccoli was ok until I turned it over to cut the florets apart to see that the broccoli was brown and spoiling at the bottom & the restaurant couldn’t be bothered to cut the brown spots off. I also added a trash $15 loaded baked potato to my entree as you’re not able to swap out sides. They forgot my toppings twice and covered it in cheese that had already hardened by the time it got to the table. The melted butter was like adding flavorless oil to the potato as all the salt was at the bottom of this large cup.. yet they ONLY provide the butter already melted smh.The restaurant is so overpriced and outdated. I could’ve got a better meal with 100% better quality and prices at Pappadeaux. Hell.. JJ’s Chicken & Fish is a better option. Save your money. Annndd they have the nerve to have an auto gratuity of 18%. Gratuity to be poisoned? FOHOh & to add, at about 2 am, my stomach sounded like sneakers in the dryer. I felt so sick the next day. Piss poor. Deserves -7 stars

Extremely over priced food, ridiculous rules, food we had tasted good food not worth prices. The joke at the table was all the ridiculous rules.

Service is really good. Staff are pleasant and professional. Food is good but the pricing is way off, just my opinion. This is definitely a tourist attraction, no so much for locals...

Incredible food! As a South African, Alaskan King Crab was on my bucket list and I was not disappointed. Service was amazing, thank you. The food is really pricey though...but....the portions are VERY generous. Well done guys!

Food is subpar. Crab legs are overcooked and mushy. They charge $2 extra for old bay seasoning when you're ordering crab legs. I ordered a combo bucket and received a small king crab leg with no meat in it. I thought he (Chef) was going to make it right but instead he brought a king crab claw that I couldn't open. It had sharp spikes and they don't provide metal crackers. I'm very disappointed by this meal. I've come here several times and I've never felt like I just wasted my money. The waitress was pleasant but overall not worth $250. I will not be returning.
