Juicy Crab? More like klepto crab. This location stole $50 from me via intentionally sending me an incorrect order of two bags of foul smelling hot oysters accompanied with BOILED EGGS. I ordered crab legs & shrimp, which it says on my digital and printed receipt. With the photos and receipt fraudy crab has determined that I am ineligible for a refund. How is this place still in business? I gave it a chance after avoiding it for years and look what happens. I think the health inspector will be visiting soon.

The server was great, the food came at a very timely manner. But the atmosphere wasn't very good. A lady had a little too much to drink while sitting at the bar, and just kinda disrupted everyone.
Giving 4 stars for service because they automatically added gratuity to a table of 2. My server was mediocre and did not deserve the tip they added. Food was great.

Very loud, kind of run down, the wait staff was great, The host(guy assigning tables) seemed like he just trying to stay awake. Maybe just a long day...idk.Overall, it's a rather mediocre seafood stop. The seafood is boiled and then a sauce of your choice is added to the bag of seafood. Definitely messy and actually, without the sauce, the seafood has little flavor.Go find fried seafood or wait until you get to New Orleans for real boiled seafood.

This location is mehhh. They NEVER answer the phone. Even if you go and see they're not even busy, they don't answer. And each time I've ordered at this location, the combo I get has much more butter than actual seasoning. It's like they try to skimp on the seasonings. Other locations have much better seasoning to sauce ratio. The corn is barely cooked. I love Juicy Crab, but this location is just very mediocre in all aspects. The only thing they consistently do well is get the food out in a timely manner.

The cajun fries were nice and the fried tilapia by itself is not that flavorful but the boom boom sauce adds some flavor to it.
The food is horrible. The manager is horrible. The food was so salty it got messed up 3 times. Please stay away and the waitress was nice and pleasant. Do not eat here.

I'm from Miami so we wanted to try an Atlanta seafood spot. Ended up here. Although the food wasn't as seasoned like Miami food, it was still good. The waiter was nice and the atmosphere was nice. The food came out fast and we enjoyed ourselves. It was a good experience.
