I don’t even know where to start with these people so I did a Uber eats order into which I went into the drive in line instructed by the person to go to the next window for the food a girl at the window with a brown bonnet on who was not even in uniform had a white shirt on told me I had to go back in the line after I was at the window instead of just handing me the food after I confirmed the order she wanted me to go back in line ..which I did not ..instead I went inside the restaurant only upon hearing this same employee discussing me to another employee I asked to speak to a manager and he was just as rude this establishment has 0 professionalism and the whole staff needs to be fired it took one employee who wasn’t even a manger to give me my order hr will be called

For whatever reason the guy making the sandwich had a problem reading my order. I wanted a baconator plain, with no cheese. It was printed on the receipt and my order came right up. Of course it has cheese on it. So I had to wait for a new burger. The manager was standing there saying make sure that you put no cheese along with plain. He said I did and the manager had to back track his words he even confirmed and aaid you want bread, meat, and bacon and I said yes. The guy making sandwiches was heated so he made it again. I opened the sandwich and again it had cheese on it. As I walked out the manager was standing there and Saif have a good evening ma'am. I said the sandwich has cheese on it as well and I'm tired of waiting. So the manager said give me 3 minutes ill make it for you. He put the bacon on the bread and piled it high. Then as the burgers were finishing the heated sandwich maker took half the bacon off. I said to myself: like are we being petty because you can't read the order? So he handed me the sandwich and it was fine after the 3rd time. Reading is fundamental but I guess not in his case. The cashier and manager were nice but the guy making sandwiches need some customer service training or glasses.

Horrible customer service , no one was welcoming. Didn’t even Greet me Girl at second window was banging coffee pot up again the outside wall in drive thru. I guess that was her way of cleaning it, definitely would not recommend this place to anyone!! Hire better staff please! People that actually want to be at work. SMH do better!

I went into this location off of Camp Creek Market Place. I decided to go on because the "drive through" was not moving. When I enter there were several people standing inside and no one behind the counter said a word to me. No one said "Hello, We'll be right with you or "Welcome" O stood there for more than 5 minutes and still not a word. Finally a crew member said what can I get for you? I said to him "I have been standing here and you could not acknowledge that I'm here no greeting or "I apologize for the wait, we're backed up with orders we'll be right with you". He responds with "Well we were busy and really backed up and you're not on this side of things". Then acts like he couldn't care less and says "What can I get for you? and I said "absolutely nothing!" and walked off he then mumbles and makes a slick comment and quickly asks the person behind me if he would like to order. I also saw one of the crewmembers pulling up his pants with his with the same hands he's preparing your food with. His pants were hanging down and you can clearly see his boxers!!! Do you really want someone serving your food from this location? They are unclean!!! This place is just down right nasty.

OMG terrible awful was there on a Thursday night around 10:30pm all other food spots closed. My grandkids hungry so my daughter wanted to get them something quick to eat.The inside was closed so drive thru line extremely long. Workers standing out front smoking and talking while line not moving probably waited about 20 minutes b4 placing order finally got up there they say only have nuggets and fries what the mess ?. They closed at 12am said they were only serving nuggets and fries not cooking nothing else totally unacceptable ? ? will not visit again ever ? ? ? ????

my man got food poisoning, i will be sueing you guys food are 0/10 i dont recommend!! also they forgot his cookies this is a shame my baby was hungry and they played with his food, smh then they forgot his honey mustard! how are you gonna eat dry food without sauce??

Fries always Luke warm. If you come 1 hour before closing all you can get is nuggets and fries. After waiting in the line 20 minutes. Happened twice. Why set hours and not serve the whole menu. I'll drive to the next Wendys from now on.
