The staff consistently has bad attitudes, the store could be empty and they will still give you a 30-40 minutes wait time. Worse of all the food is not good! This place should be called Stop making Wings because the wings are literally horrible! The fried corn is the only thing I'd recommend on their menu.

Can't use the restroom before I pickup the food because I might go inside restroom and delete the order?????You can't pickup the order if you don't confirm the order so that don't sound right.I would think you would want someone to use the restroom first so they could wash their hands before handling other people food???????Do they not watch the drivers confirm the orders?????

I specifically ordered Cajun Wings, but I was given buffalo-flavored wings that were so unpalatable that I couldn't even finish them. Additionally, my fries were not seasoned properly and I noticed that the person serving everyone else was seasoning their fries except for mine. As a result, my stomach is in severe discomfort. I find this completely unacceptable. The only thing that was done right was the lemonade.

The place really needs to be shut down. I find it hard to believe that the owner of this location is acceptable with how this place is run. The black chick with locs is EXTEMELY rude to customers. She yells to her coworkers, is on her phone at the front, and does not care about cursing in front of customers with young children. It’s extremely dis tasteful. I will be sure to no longer patronize and tell others to follow suite.

There was a random man that came in the wing-stop with a child then without washing his hands he proceeded to touch almost every bag looking for a certain one for his child then started to work all without gloves and no one had them and he was not wearing a uniform who knows where his hands have

No gloves, hairnets, walking in and out of the kitchen to the outside and back in the kitchen. Using the phone when cooking. The floors have trash and water all over it. This place is nasty. Waiting for over an hour to get food.
Unfortunately I visited on a Saturday and the gentlemen were more interested in watching football than preparing the orders of 7 different patrons. My first and last time at this establishment.

I entered the store to pickup my online order and stood in pick up line. The clerk completely ignored me asking two men who entered the store after me if they were coming in to pick up or order. I canceled my order and walked out as another woman complained she was being overcharged.

They are so rude. My food was barely warm. Tinasia needs to be retrained because she was texting at the front counter and told Andrew she refused to give me a refund for a mistake that was done on their part. I will not be returning, I do not recommend this location. Very ghetto and unprofessional.

This is the WORST experience that I've ever had at a Wing Stop! Beginning with placing my order(she didn't know what to do). There were six loud female employees in the food area laughing and playing around. No one had on gloves, no hand washing, looking at the cell phone, etc. It took 35 minutes to prepare 6 wings and fries. ALL of my food was half cooked. I finished cooking my wings in the air fryer. I thought I could talk to the manager the next day, but when she answered the phone I knew it was a mute point. It needs to be closed down and the staff needs to be fired or trained!!! This is the LAST time that i will EVER step my foot in this place. Find somewhere else to eat.

A gentleman that makes the wings threatened me. I recently had surgery on my neck and he told me I already have something around my neck you gon have something around your heart. The experience at this establishment is beyond ghetto. All behind me standing up and not sitting down. I won’t be returning and hopefully he will get fired.
