New York guy up front was running around like a chicken with his head cut off....no knowledge of what to do, people waiting over an hour for food and the owner shows up and starts expediting food orders.

Took thirty minutes to get not a lot of food and nobody was in drive through workers were sitting watching us wait while they were eating someone came in to get 2 hash browns and waited thirty minutes and then left without them!

The crew would not honor the huge sign posted in the window, buy one get one free, Big Mac. When I called them out on it they said the promo ended the night before. I went in and talked to the manager and she said the same thing. They ran and took the sign down immediately. I was the only white person there. The entire staff should respect all races.

Always bad service. Food is nasty. Always given the wrong thing and there is always a broken machine.
I've had a LOT of bad experiences with this specific McDonalds but this morning takes the cake by far. You should probably teach your employees how to read. Kid at the front counter gave out 2 orders wrong. Then called out an order nobody had. It sat there for a while. I decide to check the bag she just left out for anyone to grab to see it was MY food, she just didn't call anything out right. And my food was made all wrong to top it off. I try to be lenient with food service cause I'm in food service but this place is just perpetually garbage.
