Let me start by saying LaTisha made this visit fantastic! We stopped at noon on a Saturday and despite being busy and wrapped around around the building the service was quick, food was hot and plentiful, and the place was clean.To top it off LaTisha went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted and the way we wanted. People were rude ! The manager asked what my order was and when I was mid way through she just shut the drive thru window and walked off. I know this is McDonalds but what happened to customer service....

This is what you get when they allow ppl to buy there franchises and just leave them to be ran by anybody. Everybody ain’t capable or qualified. Went in yesterday 4/16/24 @ 6:20pm and was told they’re closed. Meanwhile you have kids hanging out the drive-thru chitchatting and the rest of the staff sitting down clearly having a “family” dinner.
