8 piece family meal was a piss pore 5 piece family meal deal, we called back 6 times from 8:45pm-9:10pm and no answer from anyone. The 5 pieces received were barely cooked thoroughly in addition to the doughy, half cooked biscuits. WE WILL CONTINUE TO CB UNTIL WE RECEIVE AN ANSWER ‼️

The whole point of a quick pickup is for it to be quick. If you give me an estimated pickup time that’s 25 minutes later from when my order was placed and the extra crispy chicken is cook to order, then my food should have been cooked and completed within that 25 minutes. I should have been able to arrive on time and left with my order when I arrived. This place is a joke.

What's not to love about KFC! I mean, really. It's finger licking good for a reason! I dropped by the Elberton location and grabbed dinner while visiting my parents for the day. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was no crowd at the time so I only had to wait about 7 minutes for the order. In and out just like that. It was a great experience ask the way around. I'll certainly go back. I highly recommend it!
