Plants Over Animals
Stopped in here to pick up some pizza for dinner, first time here and it was definitely a flash back to the 80’s. I was hoping to find a table top pac-man game or galaga but surprisingly there weren’t any to be found nor did I hear any Journey music being played in the background. The staff member at the register was very friendly and helpful, pizza and pasta we got were good, just might need some updating inside.

Probably the best pizza place in elberton. Good food, just ok prices. Wish it were a little cheaper, I would eat there more often. Had to take a star off because the Cinnabon rolls were a joke.

We were driving thru town and pizza sounded great so we stopped. We were told to find a table and someone would be over. We sat at a table 15 minutes then a man came to take our drink order. We sat another 30 minutes and he never came back with the drinks or to take our order. There were then 5 people waiting at the register for take out orders. So we left as we had a long drive ahead.

They have a great staff and the manager hands down the best one they ever had!! Miss Kristy keep doing what you're doing cause this pizza hut is amazing!

They are very quick and have your order on time. Yet mine was a bit cold I didn't like. The staff is not really customer friendly. It's like they have to MAKE themselves be nice to you, you know what I'm talking about bc you can tell when someone is doing that.

I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut’s website. This delivery was contracted out to DoorDash. After an hour and a half I contacted the store regarding my order and they said my pizza has been sitting there for an hour, but the delivery hadn’t been accepted by a driver. After about two and a half hours, same thing so I told them I wanted to cancel the order and refund it. I was told they don’t do refunds. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one there. Poor customer service and no attempt was made to remedy the situation. Don’t eat at this store.

We had the most amazing delivery person deliver our pizza. When customer service is lacking everywhere this guy did not. He was polite, friendly and very thoughtful. Excellent employee.
