I still love American deli! At one point the customer service started slacking with the young kids working being unprofessional, but I appreciate restaurants like this that will give the kids an opportunity to work here as their first job. Wings are still good my backup plan is wings with chicken Philly .... Yummy

The food was good. However, the ambiance was horrible. The music was filled with the "N" and "B" word. I mentioned the music was offensive and the young girl that appeared to be all of 13 said it doesn't matter. Very bad choice of music!

Popular chain in the area. It was kinda packed but was able to order quickly. Clean, well lit,, open space location. My family enjoyed the food. A bit expensive on some items but a good experience. We had wings and fries and my wife had the Philly cheese steak. They were good

I went before work to the location at 3056 Anvilblock Rd Ste#114 in Ellenwood, GA. Order# 257 on 4/20/23 @ approx 4:27pm. Ordered a 6pc wing combo the total was 10.80 I picked up my order. The fries were cold and the chicken wings were damn near burnt. I paid 10.80 for some cold/old food and gave a tip! Customer service is GONE!!!

Call my order in while in parking lot after leaving dollar tree . Food was ready in 10 quick minutes , fresh hot and good. My only problem was they didn't springle the lemon pepper on my wings I had to do it . ... ?

Omg my wings and fries were hot and the service is lots better since the big guy in the kitchen is working, looks like the dude knows what he is doing, always smiling and take care almost of everything, this time I had no problem ordering my all flats wings,I will bring more of my friends to this special location because they do the best to help you. I think management is doing their job. *quality of the food is much better.

This location is new and nice on the inside but the Asian guy who took my order was rude. The lemon pepper wings were GREAT the Philly was absolutely awful. Had no flavor, it fell apart and the meat was poor quality. I had another location recently and the Philly was great. I honestly want a refund for the Philly, I didn't even finish it.

The young black girl who working in the front has a nasty attitude. I was on hold for 10 minutes just to walk in and see her on her phone texting. She rushed me through my order. She didnt even offer me my cup or utensils. I had to reach behind the counter and grab the items myself. Food was good but yes it is over priced. The American Deli down the street in the Kroger plaza has way better food for a MUCH CHEAPER price and BETTER customer service. The good reviews for this location has to be from friends/family because they LYING.

From reading the reviews there seems to be a obvious problem. I noticed the reviews are either 5 stars or 1 stars. Looking @ the names certain customers are not greeted the same. I too have experienced this at another location. I rarely eat @ these places but please teach your employees to treat each customers like its there first time here and the rating will increase.
