This place advertises they are open until 12am but 2x now I’ve placed online order and paid at 11pm and the store was closed . Tonight the store was closed by 11:30pm even though the store hours posted say 12am , I spoke to the manager on duty tonight and all he said very rudely was that his schedule is until 12 and he’s been closing the store at 11pm for a year now . He said I can speak with the GM tomorrow morning Sophia . This is terrible customer service.

Where to start, where to start.This location and its staff is a waste of time for the customer in the area or whom ever stops their.Drive thru is always getting my orders wrong, They don't repeat your orders to verify it is correct, to add the management staff their is a joke very unperfessional in appearance and language ( Not in the Hood @ work ) BK corporate should think about really looking into everything at this location. No excuses for this behavior.

I ordered food on the app. It wasn’t what I ordered. I went to the inside to take it back so they can replace it. They told me I couldn’t get my money back and they couldn’t give me food back but after looking at the floors and the employees with no gloves on I think it’s a health problem health inspections are needed no gloves no hairnets and I have pictures to prove it the managers both were there one he behind a machine after me asking if he took my sandwich out the bag and replaced it with the same sandwich and added hot bacon

This Burger King is so awesome! The food is always hot and fresh. And the manager Raheem always greets us with a smile. He is a very, very unusual person. And his sister cooks. She also is amazing. I talked to the district manager and he is a very kind and wanting to make sure everything is done proper. I recommend this Burger King for everyone. This is the only one we ever go to.

You cannot get this Burger King to answer their phone for nothing in the world I know some people are short-staffed but dang you walk around with the phone in your pocket.
The workers at this location are very rude from drive through cashier to workers giving me my order. I had a young lady at the drive through window handed me an incomplete order. When she handed me my order, she quickly closed the window. I blew my horn to get her attention and she just stood there for 30 seconds before opening the drive through window. I told her I was missing my drink, she then proceeded to hand me the drink without a straw. After I requested a straw she gave me the straw with an attitude saying “dog”.

Every time I come to this Burger King either the workers in the drive-through are rude and today at 3 PM in the middle of the afternoon the entire store is closed. I sat in line for about 20 minutes because I placed an online order Online and I seen other cars in line, but no one ever came, and there is no sign saying The store is closed. The automated system on the app said I’ve been issued a refund but this all could have been avoided in the first place and now I have to wait 5 to 10 business days for my money back and no food. I don’t think I will be going here for a while honestly and I come at least once a week maybe twice
