First of all my family and I were traveling on 4/14/24 at 1248 we stopped here to get something to eat…the greeting was like Hey you can go ahead with your order! Wow…. Should have been more professional. I proceeded to place my order with the rude lady behind the microphone. I ordered first item, then she said ANYTHING Else, second order, she said the Same when I was done. The third item ordered then she said you can pull forward. I wast done. Then she said oh if you have more than 3 items you have to come in side because she can only take 3 orders at the drive thru……I have never been told this……well your location has to never again worry about me stopping here. So my family of 4 proceeded next door to Wendy’s where we could order for everyone. I understand the employees may not like their job but I you don’t like working there find something better. If you gonna work there work with a good spirit!!!!!

Service and wait time is just horrible. Manager having a hard time running her crew. Manager getting mad lock the front door so customers stop coming in. Waited 20 minutes and walked out still did not get no food. Never coming back!! Service sucks every time I come

This place continues to deteriorate each day. Management is terrible and customer service is beyond horrible. Do not expect to be greeted with a smile or even treated like a human being. I arrived at the drive thru and began to place my order. Before I could finish my order, Jerrica (the drive thru employee name on the receipt) cut me off before I could even finish. I had to tell her that I wasn’t even finished with my order. Once completed, I drove around. When I approached the window, the drive thru attendant (assuming to be Jerrica) asked in an aggressive tone, “What did you have?” I told her. She closed the window. I waited. She came back and stated the price. I paid and asked for strawberry jelly with the order. She closed the window abruptly. Another lady approached the window and gave me my food. Then she walked away. I looked in the bag and noticed that there was no jelly in the bag. I waited patiently to ask for jelly. Jerrica, I assume, came back to the window and said, “What now?”. I asked for strawberry jelly and she went off on a tantrum stating, “Got Dam!! These people want to hold up my line for some damn jelly. What’s wrong with these people?”. I responded by saying that I paid my money and all I’m asking for is some jelly for my 2 sandwiches. Then she closed the window and walked away without giving me any jelly. I was upset. I drove away to avoid confrontation. I called right away. The same person from the drive thru widow, I assumed to be Jerrica, answered the phone. I asked to speak to a manager. She stated that there is no manager and hung up the phone. I immediately called back, someone else answered. I asked for a manager or regional manager number. That person hung up as well. This is ridiculous. You already have to deal with a slow as molasses drive thru at this place. The horrible customer service just compounds the problems that already exists. Someone needs to address the issues of this place if they are going to continue to operate as a respectable, responsible business.

Save your money, I spent 12 bucks for a dry burnt up double cheeseburger and cold hard fries. And to top it off she asked me to pull to the front instead of waiting at the driverhru she claimed so she can make it fresh,??? This place should be ashamed. I'd request my money back if I wouldn't get rude customer service. My order ID was 40453028196457.

I disagree with the staff automatically up-sizing orders at the drive thru (often having you to pull to the window unaware of the total). The service was already questionable, but this practice has to stop.

Hours posted have the dining room open to customers. Employees leave the door locked. Go elsewhere. A Hardee's should be open at 11:30amKid-friendliness: No bathrooms
