The manager named “Jessica” or “Jada” is very rude to all of the customers and needs better training in customer service. She lied about her name when i asked so I’m not sure if it’s Jade or Jada. There is no reason she should be a manager. She has poor customer service! I’ve seen her speak to other customers in a rude way and she doesn’t care she’s just doing whatever she wants. I won’t be coming back her again. She has such a nasty attitude that’s unacceptable with a manager. There is no way she should be acting in such a disgusting way. Jada needs to be fired.

Please get new staff and management. The employees are rude as all get out and don’t care if they do their job correctly. I’ve had encounters with young rude black girls here recently and it’s appalling. Last one girl kept asking the window person what I wanted in a nasty tone when I was waiting for my food. Obviously if I don’t have my food I’m not going to drive off. Last night was an even WORSE experience. I did a mobile order for drive through pick up and after pulling up to the speaker waited SIX MINUTES for someone to answer. No one ever did, so I had to pull up to the first window. They tendered my order and I headed to the first window. The girl at the second window handed me my sweet tea and asked me to pull up to the pole for my order. Sure, no worries, it’s Saturday and yall are busy. I waited for 15 minutes at the pole but my food never came. I went inside and it was a ghost town at the register. Employees were walking around and you couldn’t get them to help you inside. I tried to be patient because u knew they were busy. After 23 minutes I finally lost my patience because the first person to even acknowledge me was a kind, younger white male. I told him what the issue was and he was apologetic. I had two customers listening to what I was saying, a white and black woman. Funnily enough, the black woman stated if this was a different town, this wouldn’t happen… and she’s correct. The manager came over and so did another employee, FINALLY, and asked me what the problem was. The black boy bagging said in a ‘I don’t care tone’, “We were waiting for you to come through drive thru. We didn’t think you were coming.” HELLO??? I literally have my receipt and my sweet tea, did yall think I flew to Mars??? I overheard the black girl at the window saying with a MAJOR ATTITUDE, “Did I tell her to pull up?! Did I say that?!” I had to hold my tongue. If you don’t want your job, then quit. Don’t bring your nasty attitude to customer service and wonder why people have issues with their experiences. The team needs a HUGE CLEAN UP…not even training can fix attitudes like that.

McDonald's is 4⭐ if everything is right (an extra ⭐ if they're superior).They're extra nice here (+1⭐; could be because I tell the "good afternoon" when I greet them at the drive-thru) all the time for these recent visits.My kitchen's ripped out right now (no sink, stove, oven, microwave) so I stop here after work frequently recently (3-4 afternoons a week). I always use the app to order & make changes to standard prep (no onions among others). They've gotten my special order wrong ONLY ONCE out of maybe 15 times but do short me on nugget sauce semi-regularly (-1⭐).I agree with many others: They DO frequently have customers pull aside. They did me for a Saturday 5AM breakfast order even though I was the only customer the whole time I was there.

Forgot my drink, all they do is pull people from the drive thru to the curb to wait forever just for them to forget stuff. They suck your better off going somewhere else, save ya some time.

worst McDonalds ever doing DoorDash and waited 30 minutes for 2 ten piece nuggets and fries and I asked to speak with manager and she told me one of the grills were down…if she would have cared to see what I was waiting on she would have noticed nuggets and fries don’t req a grill, I stood there and watched other uber eats and other DoorDash drivers come in and walk out and the manager didn’t care to assist as well as any other worker…also they had a employee in the bathroom chilling

I went in this store they had kids slaveing cleaning out nasty as trash cans my food was burnt took way to long for me to recive my food for all the 20 people working on the shift and management needs to get better this whole store needs to be checked they don’t get paid

Service terrible and management even worse. I went tonight to have my order remade that was done via the drive through and they wanted me to come in. I said no and that didn't sit well I guess. Not only was my time wasted but so was some of my money. I had rewards for the burger but paid for the fries and drink. I was only refunded for the fries and lost rewards for the burger because they didn't remake it. It's the principle of the matter to me. The manager needs to lead by example. I won't patronize the location anytime soon, maybe never again.

Purchased BOGO FISH SANDWICH. REQUESTED LETTUCE. NO LETTUCE CALLED STORE IMMEDIATELY WHEN I REALIZED I WAS CHARGED. CALL STORE NEXT DAY. MANGER HUNG UP I QUESS THAT MEANT STUFF LUCK
